Overall great place! We loved the game room on the first level. We did come across about 4 roaches but it didn't ruin the stay.

Spring break

Nice place with a great gameroom. Fairly close to the beach. Had a hot water issue but they were very responsive and got it going.

Outer Banks, Avon, NC

The pictures in this property are accurate. The home is located directly on the dune with direct beach access. Not an overly extravagant home so you can stay within budget while experiencing all the features of more pricey homes. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for meals. Ideal for teenagers with the downstairs area of pool, video game, poker table. WiFi throughout the home, but you must remember to log on each day otherwise your data can be used. Furniture in the main living area is a bit used and new couches would be nice but the present ones are ok. Idea to possibly move 2nd king bed on 2nd floor to 3rd level to allow access to own bath. Summary. Great vacation home and priced accordingly within budget!

Family Trip

Over all we enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice. View was great and access to beach nice. Would be nice to have the path to the beach from the right side of the house cleared out. But we used the access to the left. We addressed a couple concerns. Never got to use the washer had to spend half a day of our vacation at the laundry mat. When we arrived the Washer had water sitting in the drum as well as clothes, lighter and pocket knife behind the rubber seal. The pool needed attention as rust, sand something was in it. We kept getting brushed off the entire time about these issues. Never got fixed while we were there. Plus there was vomit at the entrance to the pool area when we arrived. We cleaned that up ourselves. We asked for compensation for our time and money spent at the laundry and not being able to use the pool.The children would have loved to play in the pool. Got brushed off for that too. Very disappointed in the support from reality once we arrived. Despite these issues we as a family enjoyed our stay.

Very nice, clean and fun medium sized house.

Just as expected. Well furnished. Ample parking. Walking distance to local bars.
