I had an issue come up that required communication with Vacasa, the company that manages the property. It was late when I called initially, was promised that my issue was top priority and that I would get a call back. Guess what. Nobca back. I had to call in again to get an answer to my question. Next morning, still no callback but mid day I got a brief, terse text stating that my request for compensation was denied. Funny, I never asked for monetary compensation. I wanted to speak to someone to find out why, if my request was top priority, I had to call back in to get my answer. Just goes to show that they don’t listen, didn’t care.
Property was beautiful, as advertised but beware should something come up that requires property management to be involved.
