We absolutely loved this house. House was perfect for our family and what we wanted, rooms were very nice and clean and the backyard pool was amazing! Also came with some toys and a wagon which was perfect with our 3 year old and carrying everything to the beach. Walk to the beach was a bit longer than we’d hoped but still not bad. Location is perfect for being close to everything else. Would 100% stay here again, already missing lounging by this pool.

This was a great place to stay for a Spring Break week. It was probably a 7-8 minute walk to the beach, so not bad at all (made easier by having a wagon we could use to haul chairs and other beach gear). The kitchen had anything you could want to cook (we didn’t do much of that). It was super clean and we used the pool a lot (area behind the house was outstanding). I would absolutely recommend!

Backyard oasis near the beach

Enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet neighborhood with little traffic so made walks to and from beach easy. Home is very nice with all basics covered. Would certainly stay again!

Great Location!

Nice pool and close to beach, restaurants and pickle ball courts. The only thing is the beds were lumpy and squeaky.Overall we would stay again.

Wonderful vacation

House was exactly as described and pictured. The beds were comfortable. The pool was amazing!! There were floats, pool noodles and pool toys available. Everything was clean and we were close to the beach. We rented a golf cart to take all our beach gear to the beach and drive around the island. It was nice to have an umbrella and beach chairs available at the property. We stayed for 2 weeks and had an awesome vacation.

Loved this place

We spent a lot of time on the patio and in the pool. The tiki hut saw a lot of us every morning for coffee and late afternoon for drinks. The house was very well maintained and clean. Possibly could use more towel racks in each bath and possibly over the bedroom doors. All else was wonderful!

Not for us!

Loved, loved, loved the outside pool area!! The house was just ok. We had ants and the rental company took two days to send out someone. And it only got rid of the ants for one day. Definitely not a house we will stay in again. And will not book with Vacasa again.

Great location in quiet neighborhood

Location was great but furniture was uncomfortable and dirty. Couch pillows needed to be cleaned and couch growled every time you sat on it. Master shower drain was clogged. Master bed mattress was lumpy. Back yard was private and pretty. The pool heater wasn't working too well so we didn't use the pool. No oven mitts. Need a front door fixture instead of just a bulb.

This stay was the worst experience in renting a property due to cleanliness and communication. House was not ready at time of check in, and had mold in numerous areas. Property management would not communicate with us to resolve our issues. Had to leave home 2 days into our week stay. Do not recommend

Will never stay at another property managed by Vacasa.

I had an issue come up that required communication with Vacasa, the company that manages the property. It was late when I called initially, was promised that my issue was top priority and that I would get a call back. Guess what. Nobca back. I had to call in again to get an answer to my question. Next morning, still no callback but mid day I got a brief, terse text stating that my request for compensation was denied. Funny, I never asked for monetary compensation. I wanted to speak to someone to find out why, if my request was top priority, I had to call back in to get my answer. Just goes to show that they don’t listen, didn’t care. Property was beautiful, as advertised but beware should something come up that requires property management to be involved.

Amazing back yard, wouldn’t rent again

We go to AMI yearly and have always rented a house/pool combo in this general area. This house was….fine. The backyard and pool were probably the best we’ve ever had and with our kids ages 6 and 9, the layout of the house was great. That being said, upon arrival the pool had several HUGE blobs of previous guests hair. We called the rental company and they asked us to send pictures before they’d send someone out “sometime during our stay”. It was so gross and that’s a terrible response. We scooped them out ourselves. There’s definitely moisture/mold around most of the AC vents which wasn’t a massive deal but it was kind of bothersome and they were overall so dirty looking. The primary shower takes a good three minutes to drain once you start your shower which wasn’t a dealbreaker but needs maintenance. There is an empty lot next door that looks like it’s about to be developed. Didn’t bother us at all but if you’re there when work is being done, I’d be super annoyed so double check that. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes, we’ve stayed in two other houses (that we’d rent again) within a couple blocks and they were a much shorter walk because we didn’t have to zig zag quite as much to get to beach access point. Overall enjoyed our stay but we’ve paid similar or less for other houses in the same area that we’d choose over this one in the future.

A private paradise on an island of pradise!

The home is exactly as pictured! An absolutely perfect central location and just a short bike ride to the white Sandy beaches of the Gulf and The Ugly Grouper which has great food and atmosphere! The pool is such a perfect size and it was nice to have the step entry vs. a ladder style. Plenty of outdoor seating options and the tiki hut is perfect if you happen to get rain! Needless to say, we did not want to leave and may have shed a few tears on the way out. We will definitely be back!

Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes Anwesen mit einem großen, gepflegten und schönen Poolbereich im rückwärtigen umzäunten Teil. Der Wohnbereich mit drei Schlafzimmern ist gepflegt und - was wir besonders schätzten - im Küchenbereich mit guten, wertigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Ein leistungsfähiger Herd mit Backofen ist ebenso vorhanden wie ein Geschirrspüler und eine sehr geräumige Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, die Eiswürfel liefert, man also nichts zukaufen muss. Vorhanden ist auch eine Waschmaschinen-/Trocknerkombination. Die Bäder sind ausreichend groß, das Hauptbadezimmer ist mit einer sehr komfortablen Duscheinrichtung versehen. Der Pool ist vergleichsweise groß, sehr angenehm temperiert und wird ebenso regelmäßig gecheckt wie die Grünanlagen. Strand ist in fußläufiger Entfernung, allerdings kann der Weg zum Strand und von dort zurück gerade wie bei uns (Aufenthalt im August) recht schweißtreibend sein. Unterstützung durch ein kleines Wägelchen ist aber vorhanden. Wir haben uns in den drei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und insbesondere der Support durch Vacasa war sehr gut. Wir können daher das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub!

Great place for our family of 5!

Great place for our family of 5 (kids 8, 11 and 12)! The backyard/pool area is wonderful - we loved having a private pool to enjoy! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was great to have 5 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas to take to the beach. (We would have had to rent those.) It had a wagon as well, but we hauled stuff on our rented golf cart instead of walking to the beach, so we didn’t need to use it. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our 10 days here w husband and 2 adult kids. Had a great pool. Few requests: Would have liked more pillows for each bed, furniture in family room is not very big nor is it comfy, would have been nice to have a few basics in the kitchen (salt, pepper, foil, oil, spices, etc). We bought an umbrella for the beach and left it for next guests to benefit from. We also bought and left few kitchen essentials. Hope others can enjoy and pay it fwd. Other Vacasa homes we stayed at had these essentials. All in all, loved our stay.

Peaceful 4.5* quality.

This place would get the full 5 stars if they’d just tidied the garden area and looked after the pool toys bikes and chairs. Vacasa did a stunning job with sorting these issues straight away with sorting bicycles and beach chairs instantly.. full credit to Eric at AMI. The property is stunning !! Beautifully modelled inside with real quality decor and finish. The excellent internet, large TV, the full kitchen, the superb bedrooms …..and the fabulous warm pool, all go to make this place a great private getaway. Just five minutes to the beach, there’s nothing more to ask for. …… except maybe somewhere to store the garden stuff so it doesn’t get all wet and damp and rusty will do nicely.

Beach Vacation

House was great for family of 4 with older kids, lots of room to relax both inside and out. Having a pool was wonderful and really nice to be able to cool off after day at the beach. House was equipped with everything we needed and really nice having beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to haul them to the beach.

Beautiful property

Such a beautiful house, yard, and pool. Perfect for our needs besides the walk to the beach being a little long for our three year old. An easy 10 minutes for everyone else—three tenths of a mile to be exact. The bikes were not functional, but we didn’t need them at all’s. Smart TVs would be a bonus in the future, but we really can’t complain about anything. We would definitely return to this property in the future.
