Great stay

Condo was comfortable, clean and just as described. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay not far from downtown.

May Nashville trip

This is a nice little condo that's really close to downtown. If this is just a place to crash, it's spot on. It was clean and quiet. The interior furnishings were less than comfortable. I still give it a 5 star rating for what it was and what we paid.

It didn't look like the one in the ad. Nice place but walking is kind of far for older people.

Thought we had day bed. There were roll outs but didn't mess with that. Futons were not comfortable to sleep on. Was nice that there was coffee pot and tin foil, and spices.

Overall great

Location was great and mostly everything else. Shower curtain had mold on it. Socks were found in sheets and kitchen sponge was disgusting. Everything else was good.

Liked the walk to Broadway

No surprises at this well furnished apartment. It was perfect for a group of three adults. Walk to Broadway was easy, well-lit and safe. Host was responsive with questions prior to arrival and we had no trouble with anything. Thank you for an enjoyable stay in Nashville!

Great place

We had a great time! Property was clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed spending time at the pool. It’s located in a great area with access to downtown Nashville. Highly recommend!

Girls Getaway

We stayed at the Riverfront Condos in Nashville, TN. Nice complex. Clean. Great pool, nice little fitness center, and a laundry area (we didn't use so can't really review). The location was perfect for us; walking distance to Broadway and surrounding areas. We parked the vehicle the day we arrived, and didn't drive again until we left 4 days later. Walked everywhere we went. Our property contact, James Allen, was quick with responses and pleasant to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place, super convenient

Nice Place for two. Clean space, clean complex. Close enough to walk to Broadway but far enough away to escape the chaos. Great view of the Cumberland River from the deck

Nice place to stay

Upon arrival the door code was wrong. Contacted jim and it was resolved. Walking distance to almost everything. The only negative is they need more street lights on the road entering the property to make it more safe walking at night.

Nice place mile from broadway

Place was clean and nice we just weren’t aware we couldn’t use the pullout couch bc it was broken.

Clean property, great location

The property was great except the pool that was shown was not open due to construction. There was confusement with our reservation, cancelled twice after being confirmed 🤨. Not sure who was to blame for that but it did add stress to the vacation. In the end it was a great location , clean property, and we had a great time !

Great Location

This place offers an awesome location for stepping out in Nashville. The property managers were amazing and made sure check in was easy. Would stay there again!

Cozy and Cute

Close enough to all the craziness of lower Broadway but far enough to have a quiet night. Best of everything. Walkable distance to the bars with comfortable shoes on. There's a Kroger a short Uber ride for necessities.

Best Nashville vacation yet

This was my second trip to Nashville and both times I stayed in Vrbo places this last time was by far the best, pricing was great and being less than a mile from downtown was fantastic will definitely recommend this condo to friends and family thank you Tina for a wonderful stay

Convenient to downtown

We enjoyed our stay and James was accommodating when we called and asked for things not found in the condo. Condo could use some updating but was close to everything we wanted. We had 4 girls staying and it would have been nice to have extra towels. Not real fond of the bathroom being in the Master Bedroom as did not want to disturb them in the night. Overall we had a great time. Thank you.
