Great place to stay

Condo is central to Carlsbad outlets and so cal sports complex. Lots of dining choices nearby. The beach access is very close. Condo is roomy and kitchen well equipped. We had a great stay.

Great stay!!

An awesome condo with everything we needed - security was great. Our host was easily accessible and responded almost immediately when we reached out to him. Easy access to the beach and the pool and hot tub were great! We will definitely use this place again

Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to beach

Nicely appointed, clean unit, perfect location. Arrangements were clear and easy. Private, gated community with pool and tennis courts.

Sea Bluff Stay

Comfortable place with a good location. Security people very nice and friendly. Great pool and hot tub on the property for everyone. Only concern was that there were a lot of personal items in drawers and on countertops.

Thank you again for staying at my Leucadia property, I’m glad it was really comfortable for you and your guest, and yes I feel leaving photos of my kids and memories make it more if of home as I recently turned this property from a full time residence for my family to a full time vacation home. And as mentioned when I personally checked you guys in I stated there’s a few things in some of the drewers. Thank you for the advice and will make the proper adjustments to clear out what’s not needed for your next coastal stay.

Amazing place in beautiful Encinitas!

We didn't want to leave Gary's place! It was perfectly situated with beach access and access to pools. We could walk to many restaurants and everything else was a short drive away. The beds were so comfortable and the place was spotless. Gary responded promptly and check in was smooth. We will be returning!

Fantastic VRBO!

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The location was fantastic (walking distance to a beautiful sunset every night and walking/short driving distance to many restaurants). The house it’s self was cozy and accommodated our group nicely! Gary was responsive to any questions I had. The house was well equipped for all of your needs! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful getaway in North County

Our family had a terrific stay at this roomy 4 BR condo in Encinitas. The location was excellent with several places within walking distance, including the beach. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Most importantly, Gary was a fantastic host. Check in and out were seamless. When we ran out of something, he brought more within the hour. I would definitely recommend this place!

Slice of paradise

Gary's spot is a great one! The beds are comfortable, the living room is set up perfectly for an evening to unwind. The deck allows you to watch your kids at the courts and the walk to the pool and beach is short! My 14 year old son was trying to figure out how to by a home next to Gary's. Gary was also a great dude, lots of communication and easy to reach.

Lovely townhouse

We were a group of four swimmers competing in the 10 mile La Jolla Relay. Gary was responsive and flexible - everything you want in a host! The townhouse was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable, the area VERY quiet, and common areas really nice. It is in a gated community so it that is not your thing, take note. The beach where the community is located is somewhat rocky and up against the cliffs, so if you have little kids wanting to make sand castles, this may not be ideal. Otherwise, I recommend this VRBO without reservation.

Perfect stay for family surf trip!

Gary’s condominium is clean, comfortable and spacious. It was the perfect spot for us to enjoy the surf out front and access all the neighboring activities in Leucadia and Encinitas. Would definitely recommend this spot for families or a small group. Thanks Gary for making it a special week.

We enjoyed our stay

Gary’s place was perfect for our party of eight. We all had a comfy nook without being too close to each other. Our favorite things were being so close to the beach and having pool access. We were all very comfortable there and enjoyed our time.

Convenient location in Encinitas

We had a family gathering nearby and Gary's place accommodated 8 of us. This is Gary's home so it's more of a lived-in residence than a dedicated vacation home. Bring your own shampoo and soap as that wasn't provided. We spent most of our time out visiting family but really appreciated being able to walk to our destination. Parking was only tricky one night where we had to park a few blocks from the unit due to a party. Otherwise, we found parking nearby. Some confusion over the length of our stay and what is allowed by HOA so we felt a tad uneasy. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked- recommend a teapot, however. Thanks, Gary for an enjoyable stay.

Thank Bess for allowing me to host your family for Thanksgiving week. Having your family walking distance seems like a great location for you guys this year. Yes as stated on the search engine I’m a single father of 2 amazing boys so co-parenting my boys, and when there gone on vacation with there mother I’m able to open my door to family’s like yourselves. Having 3 other vacation homes that I own and manage from Big Bear Lake and Oceanside, i find it’s best for all renters to supply there own personal Hygine products! That being said I hope you found the cleaning/kitchen supplies fully stalked. I’ll make a note for a tea pot. And regarding the parking, Xmas week and Thanksgiving week can be a bit crowded with all the vacationers and there extended family’s like your group when it comes to parking. Yes I would rent to these guest again.

Just like home but with a SoCal Beach!

Gary's home is very clean and modern. We appreciated the kitchen/grilling and laundry facilities. All the comforts of home. Beach, pool access and playground all a pleasant (less than) 5 minute walk Thank you Gary, we enjoyed our stay in Encinitas.

Perfect beach getaway

We had a very comfortable stay. House was very clean and modern, beds were all very comfortable, kitchen had all necessities for cooking or grilling. Nice location that is close to everything, private beach was a short 5-10 minute walk. Gated community with guard gate and security- we felt very safe with the kids taking walks and enjoying the beautiful beach views. I can not find one thing to complain about- everything was absolutely perfect! We will definitely plan a return visit. Brian & Jill L.

Comfortable and convenient- great stay!

Gary was an awesome host. He checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going well. The beds were really comfortable, kitchen well stocked with the essentials and the complex was really convenient and friendly. The 3rd and 4th bedroom don’t have a dividing door currently but that worked fine for us. We would recommend and would stay again.
