What a wonderful location! Right on the Beach and walking distance to pier, shops, and restaurants. Kids had a blast, adults had a blast, and there was ample space for all. Communication during booking was amazing and we would love to return!

Great property but accessibility issues

Big problem- two elevators for building and one not working at all. The working elevator, at the opposite end, daily stopped working resulting in guests trying to check in and out carrying heavy suitcases, carts, beach chairs and umbrellas, etc. up and down stairs. An elderly handicapped man, not in our party, had to be carried along with his wheelchairs down flights of chairs. Warning if you don't like steps.

Perfect Location, Views, and Space

We can’t say enough great things about our time there. We didn’t want to leave! It condo is so spacious and well-designed with updated decor that’s happy and bright. We will definitely be back! Excellent location and the views are unbelievable. The adults loved it, and our son, too!

Great condo! Will be back again!

We had the most amazing long weekend on Folly Beach in this condo! It was beautiful, and very specious. The location is so perfect right on the water. We drove into Charleston several times for dinner and nightlife, and the drive isn’t bad at all! Loved having the best of both worlds with the beach so close to the beautiful city. Highly recommend this condo!

Great property incredible view. A few minor problems.

Very nice condo as advertised. Incredible view. Excellent location. Our only problem was that we had a master bed with a giant wet spot in the middle of it. I knew there was nothing to be done so we just kind of covered it over and lived with it, but it was upsetting to my wife

Perfection!

Whole property was very well maintained and perfectly located, views were amazing. The unit was beautiful, comfortable and well laid out for multiple families with 3 separate full baths. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Property manager was enthusiastic (building excitement for out visit) and very responsive. Loved our stay and hope to return!

Great place!

Outside was being painted, so there was some heavy equipment around, but great sign that they are keeping the property in good shape. Interior of condo was very nice, recently painted and very clean!

Perfect location but a few updates needed

Property was perfectly situated on the beach with a gorgeous view. Spacious enough for the 8 of us who went. Easy walking distance to everything in Folly Beach. Couch inside and out on the balcony need updating. Very worn. Mold issue behind the toilet in the king bed bathroom and above the shower upon entry that needs to be remedied. Otherwise, great space for a getaway

Folly Beach Fun

The property is located directly on the water and provided easy access to downtown Folly Beach by foot. The unit itself is spacious and has a nice layout. Cleanliness of the overall building (halls, elevator, corridors) and the unit could be improved, but all in all we had a great time.

Location on the beach was just perfect!

Our week in Folly Beach started smoothly with an easy check in and beach gear already at our villa. Easy parking for our vehicles, and convenient elevator. Lots of good dining within walking distance and grocery stores not too far. The villa was bright and pleasant and the balcony was a real plus. Plenty of room for the 6 adults and 3 kids, 5 and under. One suggestion, would be to have a few hangars in the closets. I could see returning. Folly Beach itself is close to Charleston and many of the things we wanted to do.

Great location

We loved staying here and would definitely come back. It’s a in a fantastic location, walking distance from the main strip with shops and restaurants plus steps from the beach. The beach gear credit was super nice add on and was greatly appreciated. My only gripe is that there should be pot holders available I know it said to bring your own kitchen towels but that didn’t translate to potholders to me as I just planned to buy paper towels. Other than that it was perfect and we can’t wait to come back!
