Great location, close to everything. 5 min walk to the beach and all the cafes and restaurants down below. Amazing balcony to relax on and spacious enough for a family. Owners were very responsive and didn't have any issues at all. Great stay and would definitely come back!

We could not believe the wonderful street life in the neighbourhood and yet the apartment was so quiet/sound proof. The accessibility to France's spectacular train system was a real bonus.

Best location. On street with everything you need within 2 minutes walk. Including the train station only being a couple blocks away. Back bedroom floor looks like it hadn’t been swept however. Check in was a breeze. The balcony overlooking the busy street was an extra plus.

Schöne Wohnung wie auf Fotos, extrem zentral zu Restaurants, Cafes, Geschäfte für täglichen Bedarf UND zum shoppen, z.B. Klamotten, sehr gut isoliert: ruhig, obwohl Restaurant im Haus und auf der Strasse viele Cafes, Läden und Restaurants sind, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand, Auto braucht man nicht, Klimaanlage ist sehr gut, Wifi problemlos in Ordnung

Très bel appartement. Excellent accueil par des propriétaires charmants. Bonne localisation en plein coeur de la vieille ville. Bruyant, certes (du fait de la proximité avec tous les restaurants branchés de la rue Hoche), mais le double-vitrage est efficace ! Air-conditionné fonctionne parfaitement. Bref, super adresse pour passer quelques jours à Cannes.

Plein centre de Cannes, excellent

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cet appartement et nous en sommes ravis. Les photos de l'annonce qui nous avaient interpellées ne sont pas irréelles, quand on rentre dans l'appartement on retrouve exactement ce qu'on espérait. Idéalement situé en zone piétonne, nous pouvions au choix aller: à la gare, sur la croisette, à la plage, au vieux port, dans les vieux quartiers ou au palais des festivals et tout cela à pieds sans soucis de stationnement !!! Nous avions loué un scooter pour nos déplacements et étions arrivé par l'aéroport de Nice, à conseiller et à refaire. L'appartement est très bien équipé, la clim est parfaite, il y a tout même des articles qu'on imagine pas trouver en location (parasol, parapluie, fer à repasser). Il est vraiment agréable de trouver des locations avec ce niveau de qualité. L'appartement était propre, juste un petit problème d'accès internet dès notre arrivée mais immédiatement solutionné. On nous avait conseillé quelques restaurants et ils étaient tous de bon conseil, le problème est que sur Cannes il existe plus de 600 restaurants donc difficile de choisir. Le seul point négatif sur Cannes concernera la qualité des salles de cinéma, étonnant non ? Attention aussi, on est en zone piétonne, il y a des commerces des restaurants donc une certaine nuisance sonore en période de forte densité touristique mais nous le savions et avec la clim on ouvre pas souvent les fenêtres. Nous y retournons avec plaisir.

Schöne Wohnung, in klasser Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt und wir haben uns vom ersten Monent an sehr wohlgefühlt. In Cannes ist praktisch alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und wir können diese Location nur empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt in der sehr schönen Wohnung hat fünf Sterne verdient, vielen Dank an die Vermieter.

Der Zustand der Wohnung war ohne Makel, die Lage exzellent, mitten in der Fußgängerzone; im gleichen Gebäude befindet sich ein sehr gutes italienische Restaurant San Telmo; wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

comfortable apartment, great location

We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and clean, and everything was as described. The location is excellent, very central with lots of good restaurants nearby. The owners were very helpful and we had no problems with the booking. I would definitely recommend this apartment if staying in Cannes.

Lovley apartment! We loved it!

The apartment has a perfect location in the centre of the city near everything you can need. We stay there for a week and we enjoyed so much.

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un super moment dans ce très joli appartement , tout est réuni pour un agréable séjour, la déco est cosy et soignée ! l'emplacement est idéal car à 3 min à pied de la plage, il y a un parking public à 2 min et le palais des festivals à 5 min. La rue est calme car piétonne , nous avons adoré le balcon pour des petits déj ensoleillés et apprécié la climatisation. Un vrai coup de coeur ! nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Confort,joli, hyper bien placé !!! Le parking public à 2 min à pied , un réel avantage sur Cannes !!!!! La rue piétonne est calme et à la fois dynamique !!! idéal pour allier plaisir et détente !!!! Et surtout un petit balcon ensoleillé pour les petits déjeuners !!! Pour finir , je dirai quand l'appartement réunit tous les avantages d'un hotel intermédiaire luxe avec plus d'espace ;) !!! Merci à vous, nous reviendrons l'année prochaine !!! PS : Le rosé était excellent :)
