Girls Trip

We had the best time!! The condo is BEAUTIFUL!! It is exactly as described. The view of the nature preserve and the coast is stunning. The beach is less crowded in the area in front of Tops’l. I will definitely be booking again in the future

Beautiful Property

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was perfect and the decor was modern and up to date. The beach wasn't too busy and we watched a pod of dolphins from the balcony and then ran to the beach to get a closer view! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful View

The view was gorgeous even with some construction! The conso was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything described in the listing. The only negative is that the master bed mattress is quite uncomfortable.

Beautiful condo with stunning views

My title sums it up - the place is absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed it. We had a problem with the ice maker and they fixed it right away. My only suggestion is that the mattresses are in need of a topper as they are pretty hard. The twin beds are great, but my 17 year old is 6’3” so he was a little big for the bed! Would definitely return.

Great Beach Location Condo

We stayed 6 nights in this Condo. The location is great. Has nice coastal views from the balcony. But the pictures look better online then the actual Condo. Much smaller in person. This Condo is worn out from Summer. Lots of damage to the walls, broken towel bar in small bathroom. The Appliances that we never used during our week stay turn on all by themselves and beep and in the middle of the night also the fan on the microwave will turn on. The toilets run all the time. And the beds in both bedrooms are horrible. They are hard and squeak every time you move. With some fresh paint and new mattresses this would be a 5 star Condo. In its current condition I would rate it 3.5.

Amazing views

My family and I have been going to Destin almost every year for over 25 years. This condo is by far our favorite. It is very nicely appointed and decorated. But the view…did I mention the view? It’s just amazing. Two walls of windows with the view of the beautiful water and nature preserve, it’s just perfect. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Amazing View

Loved the view of the ocean from this condo! All the updates & new appliances were nice! The only issue we had was the information given to us on how to access the gym, hot tub & pool were wrong. We were given an access code for all. We did not know we had to search for a key fob.
