カエルコテージへようこそ！ この真新しい、専門的に装飾された馬車小屋には、忘れられない休暇に必要なものがすべて揃っています。



この馬車小屋のメインレベルには、豪華なキッチン、リビングルーム、バスルーム、「ベッドルーム」があります。 キッチンには、御影石のカウンタートップ、ステンレス製の電化製品、豪華な木製キャビネットなど、すべてが新品です！ リビングルームとベッドルームエリアは、カスタムカーテンで区切られています。 リビングエリアには、ラウンジでテレビを見たり、椅子をテーブルに引き上げて食事をしたりするための十分な座席があります。 このキャリッジハウスは多目的に使えるように設計されています。 ベッドルームに���クイーンサイズのベッドがあり、バスルームは他のキャリッジハウスと共有しています。 ベッドで見るためにスマートテレビを自由にひっくり返してください！ バスルームには、調節可能な長さのシャワーヘッドと洗面化粧台が付いたウォークインシャワーがあります。

Perfect location for three moms on Mother’s Day weekend! We enjoyed the short walk to beach , bikes to check out surrounding areas, and very close to dinner and shopping. Highly recommend for a few friends, small family or couple! We also loved hearing the ocean from the FROG!

This property was great, as long as you understand what you are getting! What it lacks in space (and a little privacy) it makes up for with the proximity to the beach and everything in Rosemary. We walked or biked to everything. The only time we had to drive was going to Publix, which is 2 miles away. Having the card to get to the beach was a little annoying because someone would forget at least once a day, but that's a Rosemary thing, not a knock on the property. We would 100% stay here again.

We took a quick weekend trip to Rosemary and this property worked out great! Amazing location-super close to beach access and shops & restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Luxury cottage!

We felt spoiled staying in the frog cottage. Clean, updated, close to the beach access, ocean view from the deck, washer and dryer and full kitchen. It’s tiny, but it was perfect for us.

5 stars on location for this property! It was spectacular. Steps away from a beach walk over and just a few minute walk to the closest pool and downtown area. Short of being right on the water, you can’t beat this location! Unfortunately, there were many cons. First, there was ant infestation in this property. It’s Florida, the occasional bug is expected, but there were ants everywhere. When we reached out to the property manager no solutions were offered until the last day. This leads to my second con, communication with this property management team wasn’t great. Both check in and check out details were either wrong or missing. The beach access code wasn’t provided, I had to reach out for it. There are times when you reach out and are receiving automated responses and times when a person actually replies, giving you different info. Third con, at this price point I had higher expectations for the basic amenities that were not met; 1 of the two bikes was broken, we were provided 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 garbage bag for a 6 day stay, and how do you have a property on the beach and have zero beach towels? All in all, the location is fabulous but I have never had to reach out to a property management team more. At this price point, that is just a failure in customer service on a lot of levels.

Perfect Location

Simply can't beat the location. Stayed with my family of four. Might be a little tight on space when the kids get older but being this close to the beach was well worth it.

This place was perfectly located and perfect For a small family. We had everything we needed!

Renting with 30A was easy! We actually extended our stay by a couple days, Which they were able to find us a place seven minutes away. Everything was wonderful! I will definitely come back!

Family Getaway

You cannot beat this location! Absolutely incredible to wake up every morning and see the ocean, walk to the beach in a minute and walk to the downtown area in a few minutes. We also were at the pool a lot for the kids and again, such a great location to all the amenities! We loved it here, it felt like a little hidden escape. It was perfect for the 4 of us, the spiral stairs were a little daunting at first but our kids got the hang of it with no issue. If we didn’t have another baby on the way, we would come back here again and again! Cannot beat this place!
