This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium, offered by Hodnett Cooper is located at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

St. Simons Beach Club #419 features granite counters in the kitchen, new kitchen cabinets, and tile floors throughout the living area. Beach Club #419 offers a beautiful ocean view from the balcony.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

Nice little condo

The location was perfect and we enjoyed having a great view of the ocean even though rain kept us inside throughout the weekend. The interior is a little dated but overall it was comfortable and a nice stay.

Family Vacation

Overall we had a great visit to St. Simon’s Island. Our only real concern was the carpet in the condo, it desperately needed to be cleaned. There were a lot of stains in the bedrooms.

Lovely property very close to the beach. We walked in the condo and loved it. But then, roaches. Every night roaches came all out in the kitchen. I'd not give a second thought about staying there again if not for the roaches. I'm now worried we might be taking some home with us. Nonetheless, we did have an excellent little vacation. PS my daughter wants to make certain that I mention that the floors were filthy and made our feet black.

Everything was wonderful. Nice property and view. The pool was crowded but nice. Everyone was friendly. It was nice to be able to walk just a few minutes to the restaurants.

Scruggs Stay

The location was perfect. Our room was super quiet and very well appointed. We simply stepped off the elevator and the next door was our room. I felt completely safe taking my morning walk on Beach Blvd, beach or to the pier. We plan to book the condo again. We did need property management to take care of an issue that with the room, it was corrected promptly.

As the title states, the location and view of this property is perfect! However, the condo itself needs to be brought into 2019. Decor, appliances, paint, and overall look is early “90’s” Definitely doable but, I think it would rent more if updated. We enjoyed our stay on our beloved St Simon’s Island!

Great views and terrific location.

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Club Condos. The view overlooking the courtyard was beautiful and the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! The entire process of booking the condo and checking in was great! We received several emails ahead of our stay giving us all the information we needed to access the security gate and the entry into the condo. I would definitely recommend this unit for rent. We will be a return customer for sure! I am very satisfied with the Realty Company that handled our rental. (Hodnett Cooper Realty)

It's the small things that make a property special. A welcome letter, maybe some decent soaps and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. Would also have been nice to have some beach items so we didn't have to rent chairs and umbrellas everyday, which ended up being a few hundred dollars Just a thought!

Last Minute Trip

This was a last minute trip to visit family member. The condo's location is perfect, convenient to dining and beach beautiful. Location of room is one of the best in building as you have a perfect view of beach, unlike the units on side (U shipped building). Overall I was very happy with location . . . but . . . This unit could use a complete floor to ceiling in cleaning. First, when I walked into bathroom, toilet seat was up and sitting there was a pubic hair. Not something you want to see. They also have two throw rugs, which one is long and ends touching front of toilet. Gross!! These rugs were also dirty so I just rolled it up and pushed it aside. They need to be thrown away and not replaced. Bathroom floors are ceramic and don't need to be covered. The first morning I woke up, I noticed I was congested and knew what that meant. That's when I noticed the dust balls hanging off the MB ceiling above fan. You really see when you on standing near windows. I also did a load of laundry and when I opened slatted door, OMG, it is covered in dust in-between slats. Thick dust! So, like I said, unit needs a head to toe thorough cleaning, otherwise perfect location. If unit is going to be upgraded, please replace MB mattress, it's rock hard and lumpy. I would definitely stay again after a thorough cleaning.

Excellent week at the beach

We had a great vacation and loved St. Simons Island. The location was convenient to restaurants and shops. The tide pools made getting to the beach a little tricky, but once we found a way around them we enjoyed the beach. Our room had a good view of the ocean and the courtyard.

Week on St Simons

We had a very relaxing stay on the island in advance of the crowds. We have stayed on the island a few times and this venue was nice as we could walk out to the beach.

Nice little unit with great view!

Unit was perfect for a family of 4. Wonderful view, but the design of the property doesn't lend itself to a lot of privacy when on the balcony. We were there for the beach though and the quaint environment that St. Simons has to offer. Looking forward to visiting again!
