Gorgeous Oceanfront Condominium! Ocean Views, Beach Access and Pool

Enjoy spectacular ocean views from every residence at the St. Simons Grand. This exclusive collection of condominium homes is quickly becoming the Island favorite.

Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three or four generously sized bedrooms.

Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

**The St Simons Grand offers 3 elevators, located at the north, center and south sides of the building.

Grand #115, offered by Hodnett Cooper, features three bedrooms, three baths, a remarkable ocean view, and beautiful furnishings throughout.

Every bedroom has a Smart TV with streaming service. Traditional cable service is not provided but Hulu Live is available for real time viewing.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children’s bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

Fantastic Stay with Fabulous View

Girls weekend was a success!! This place is perfect - 3 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own private bath! Perfect location to shopping, dining and night life. And the view of the beach is AMAZING!! Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property and Location

We absolutely enjoyed our time in St Simons Island. The property was very well appointed and comfortable. The grounds and pool is well maintained. The furniture and decor is warm and inviting. Location is perfect. We enjoyed the quietness of The Grand while just a short distance from shopping and restaurants. We will definitely visit again and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Three small disappointments; kitchen utensils were lacking and the rooms not facing the water need light blocking curtains as the shades do not block out the light from the overhead lights that are on all night and located right outside the windows. The biggest disappointment was we had to call to get the code to access our condo and it was well past checkin time. Everything else was emailed promptly but not that code.

Comfortable and quiet

We had a wonderful weekend. The beach is very pretty, and the pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great condo and location!

Exactly as pictured! Perfect setup with each bedroom having its own bath. Spacious living area and balcony overlooking pool and beach. Would definitely stay here again. 4 stars on cleanliness due to old food under coffee table, a Splenda packet in the master closet and lip gloss under a twin bed (which unfortunately my 3yo found and used before I knew about it...yuck!!!)

Property is in a great location but condo is dated.

The condo complex is a great ocean front place with a nice pool, hot tub and grills on site. The condo, however, is not so great. The sliding glass door was broken so we couldn't lock the door and the hot water knob in master bathroom was broken. The condo was missing the basics like BEACH TOWELS! And kitchen amenities were minimal. Many salt and pepper shakers but nothing in them.. only a few wine glasses and nothing to use for the grill that the complex provides.. Just a sad experience for the money we paid.
