Dave’s Wavesは砂丘の真上に位置する新しい建築家です。ユニークな場所は家にユニークな雰囲気とプライバシーを与えます。 Dave’s Wavesには、4つの異なるデッキ、2つのマスタースイート、それぞれ独自のデッキ、素晴らしい景色、ビーチへの容易なアクセスなどが備わっています。
各マスタースイートにはテレビ、専用バスルーム、上層階の専用デッキ、およびクイーンベッドが備わります。ベッドルームまたはリビングエリアに3つの可動式ベビーベッドを設置できます。二段ベッドルームには、ピラミッド二段ベッド（フルボトム、ツインオントップ）とツイン二段ベッド（子供が眠るのに最適なエリア、または子供連れのカップル）があります。
ビーチへのアクセスは、ガルフウェイコートの端にあるいくつかの家を通り過ぎると一般公開されています。

It was just ok place could be better

The place had a toilet that didnt flush .the stay was ok the whole group rated it 3 stars much room for improvement specially for the amount we paid for a 3 day stay

Relaxing birthday getaway

My kids and the rest of my family enjoyed our stay at this cozy, dog-friendly beach house. It had everything that we needed, including the smart TV (which we all enjoyed while watching movies). The Property Manager was very friendly and very responsive to my texts.

Renting property was easy. Not thrilled about all the extra fees and taxes on top of nightly rate. House did have significant mold on shower curtains and large stain on bedspread

Three generations

Daves Waves could not have been any cleaner! Our family enjoyed our weekend together at the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone to have a spot to sleep, although the bunk bed room is a bit "tight". We appreciated all the available storage areas in the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The beach was just a short walk away. We enjoyed spending time on the decks, listening to the waves. The view was beautiful. There was plenty of space for parking our vehicles. We liked the fact that we were at the end of the street, so there was no traffic at all. The check-in procedure made our arrival so simple, without having to go to an additional location; and the same for leaving at check-out time. Thank you for a safe, clean house on the beach.

We had a good time

Property is nicely furnished and close to the beach. My only regret is the driveway/parking area is not paved. All the vehicles get very dirty as the winds blows all this time.

At Beach Resort Services, we are more than just a vacation rental company—we are a small, family-owned and operated business with deep roots in Surfside Beach. Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976.

In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born. Since then, we have continued to grow, but we have never lost sight of what makes us special—family, tradition, and a passion for helping others create unforgettable beach memories.

Today, Beach Resort Services is run by a dedicated team of three—Denise, Drew, and Hope—who work tirelessly to provide exceptional service, trustworthy management, and a personal touch to every guest and homeowner we serve.
