Fabulous stay!

We had an amazing week here! House was perfect, impeccably maintained, and spacious for two adults and 5 kids! Jeff and Suzanne are great with communication, and the location was all we needed. Just steps to the pool complex and a short walk to the beach made this a wonderfully memorable time for our family!

Fantastic!

The home was super clean and well-stocked with more amenities than we had imagined. Right near the pool, and the membership to the beach club made for a convenient trip to a beach where the kids could swim and snorkel. We loved it!

Great!

This was a well appointed property with very nice included amenities. We traveled with family ages 9-79 and all had what they needed. The location is excellent and close to the pool for the kids who loved biking the neighborhood. My elderly parents enjoyed the home. It meant all of our needs and wants.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home had everything we could hope for: cooler and ice packs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, and more. It was so nice not to have to rent these items. The house is also conveniently located to the pool and weight room which we used daily. It is also close to a grocery store and coffee shop. Communication concerning our stay was easy and accurate. We definitely would recommend this home to others.

Very Pleasant Stay

Everything was as described and perfect for a family getaway. Ease of getting into property and excellent reference material answered all questions that came up. Unfortunately, as of 1/12/24 the bikes need a good tune up with one bike having the brake handle coming off and the others riding pretty rough. We made do but that was the only hiccup in an otherwise lovely stay.

Excellent, well appointed property.

This unit is tastefully decorated and well appointed with anything you might possibly need. They have really paid attention to detail. The property managers are very prompt responding to and addressing any questions or needs that you might have. Pool area is great. Really enjoyed riding the provided bikes around the property. It’s a wonderful perk that this unit comes with access to a private beach with use of a cabana. My family enjoyed our stay immensely. We were very impressed and would recommend/ book again in a heart beat.

Not Your Average Rental

There are vacation homes whose main objective is to reduce the burden of the mortgage or to financially benefit the owner. Then there are those whose owners must have sat down and given considerable thought to providing everything in their power to make sure their guests had the ultimate rental experience. This house is at the top of category 2. Every room was spacious, spotless and high end. But the part we were most impressed by was the attention to details: Hawaiian nights can be a little cool. Don't worry, a basket of quilts sat by the patio door. Forget shoes to wear to the pool or beach - cases of new flip flops for your convenience in the garage. Need anything related to water - towels, snorkels, boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs, sand toys it's all there in near perfect condition. Even the new bikes and helmets to get you safely to your favorite spots. The inventory in the kitchen was beyond expectations. We dare you to find something lacking in this or any other room. Our group of six never uttered the words, "I wish they had this." We are frequent VRBO renters and this is one of the most well appointed houses we have ever stayed. Location was excellent. It is a few steps to pools, fitness center and pavilion and an easy walk to shops, restaurants, beaches and parks. The private beach is a short drive , but worth it. Sit back in your free cabana, enjoy cheap drinks and watch the whales breech. Life's good! Many thanks to the owners who set themselves apart with the thought that went into this beautiful rental.

This place had everything we needed. Even stocked with snorkeling equipment, coolers for the beach. It was spacious and clean, our group had a great time.

Fabulous property

We have been coming to Mauna Lani for over 25 years. Until 7 years ago, we stayed at the hotel. When they renovated and raised prices to astronomical levels, we decided to try condos. We are so happy we did. We hadn't stayed at KaMilo before, but we will from now on. This unit had everything we needed. 3bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. I had 2 different groups stay over 2 weeks. Needed 2 twin beds the first week, and made them into a king the second week. The kitchen is well appointed. Had everything we needed. We actually ate in most night. It's a short drive to the Beach club, (Napua was great for lunch.) and Hapuna Beach a little way north from the resort, (no concessions there.)The garage had all the beach equipment we needed. (2 of my guys are large, so we rented snorkel gear at Snorkel Bob's at The Shops.) All in all it was a wonderful stay. We're sorry to leave. Mahalo nui loa. A hui hou.

Great place for kids! Blackout shades in bedroom, good kid sleeping setup, high chair, Pack n play, stroller, beach toys all available. Walking distance to a lovely pool, minutes to beach in the car. Excellent family friendly home! The property had almost everything we needed. The kitchen could use a little restocking, measuring cups, storage containers with lids, zester and cheese grater. Other than that it was a wonderful vacation.

Conference and Vacation

This was a fabulous property. Clean. Convenient. Quiet. Owners thought of every detail. Check-in was smooth. Had a minor issue with alarm and they were quick to respond. Everything was as detailed with property. Provided recommendations for things to do, places to see and convenient to everything. I will definitely stay again and utilize this company! Thanks for making my mom’s bday memorable and my work trip great! I appreciate you!

Nice community, well maintained. We only had to buy food. Great amenities. Great walking and running area. Will be back!

Great way to celebrate my birthday

Beautiful home with lovely accoutrements. Well stocked with everything from towels to beach equipment. Kitchen very well appointed with everything you need.

Living room seating inadequate. Washer and dryer difficult to operate. No screens on Lviv rm doors

Property lovely. Enjoyed bikes. Big problem with poor seating choices in main living area. Hard dining room chairs not comfortable for tv viewing or conversation. Location to pools was great.

Great place and launching pad for our family vacation.

Reasonably priced and really liked the bikes, beach equipment, fully stocked kitchen and access to Mauna Lani area.

Lovely property, beautiful landscape, everything you need is right here

Had a wonderful time! Everything was here for us to enjoy. Prompt return communication from property manager. Lovely secure neighborhood. Security drives around to ensure safety. My only somewhat negative comment is about the pool attendant that approached us as we entered the pool to say that everyone must be masked (which we fully understood) (due to Covid) and completely appreciate. Just wish she would’ve greeted us politely with a hello and explanation of who is was. Overall we loved it though and so did my mom who celebrated her birthday! Mahalo!!

Clean, spacious, new, and comfortable. Jeff quickly attended to our needs. Loved the bikes and beach gear in the garage. Would repeat this one.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay at Flora Paradise very much. It was extremely well-equipped (laundry detergent, basic kitchen spices and oil and vinegar, pots and pans, etc) and comfortable for our family of 8 (including 2 babies) - there were even a few books for the babies. The management was responsive to our calls for information and/or needs. The pools were just steps away, and we very much appreciated that there was a family pool (with kiddie pool) as well as a quiet lap pool. The exercise room was very well equipped and my sons enjoyed their workouts there. The only complaint that I had was that it was obvious that the master bathroom mats had not been washed - and it seemed that the master bathroom floor had not been thoroughly vacuumed/cleaned as there was a lot of hair on the floor near the sinks. I reported that to the management, and since they reacted promptly to all of our other questions or concerns, I presume that more attention will be paid to that in the future. It seems that this particular rental had been recently added, so there were a few items (such as pack and play sheets) that were not available but were provided quickly when we called. We were very pleased with the equipment provided, and happy to learn that any equipment would be repaired and/or replaced if needed. We found out after we had taken a flat (caused by us) bicycle tire to town to be repaired that we could have just called and it would have been taken care of by the team. All in all, we were very pleased.

Complete package! Everything you need, then much more!

My family and I had an excellent time! Everything you need for both adults and children. Read the amenities list. Full kitchen with all the cookware, outside patio BBQ, all the stuff you need to enjoy both the close by pool and the private beach club. Bicycles, towels, sand toys, snorkel gear, sun umbrellas and so much more! I know you will really enjoy your stay! Everything is like brand new!

Perfect for Families!!!

We had 2 families of 4 stay in the “Flora Paradise” home for nearly 2 weeks. The experience here was great!! Very clean and comfortable home with all the things needed for an easy stay. Pretty much just needed to get some food from the local grocery store and you are set. The home is close to the pool so made it wonderful for the kids when we just wanted to have a lazy afternoon at the house. AMAZING beaches just 10-15 minutes away (North and South) of here made it easy to enjoy several during our stay. I honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay here. We will absolutely be coming back. This experience made us a huge fan of the “Big Island.”
