The family enjoyed the pool table, jacuzzi, and hot tub. The cabin was located perfectly close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Cabin was well equipped with dishes and supplies. Would definitely come back.

Great location with alot of privacy. The views from the deck and the upstairs room overlooking the balcony were phenomenal. Just be aware that this is a very hilly and steep road leading up to the cabin. It is not a difficult drive but you must drive slowly and watch for oncoming cars.

Mammoth Views is the perfect single family cabin for your trip! We had a blast playing pool and the arcade console. Being able to sit on the back deck and look into the mountains was so beautiful, peaceful and relaxing.All of the rooms were clean. The placement of the jacuzzi tub is odd, but that didn't stop us..lol it was on the account that we couldn't get the water temperature above warm that did. The water in the upstairs bathroom was the same, so the kid just showered downstairs. The communication for directions and check in and out was very simple. The hosts checked in on us to make sure we knew to reach out if we needed anything.We look forward to staying here again!

Perfect place for my wife and I to spend my 65th birthday. Quiet, beautiful views, beautiful cabin and very helpful host. Very fast response every time I had a question. Everything you need for a long vacation or a quick get away. I highly recommend Mammoth Views and hope to stay there again real soon.

Clean place, hot tub was perfect, we did a lot in town so didn’t spend a lot of time at the cabin. Town is about a 30 min drive but there are a few food and shopping places along the way. We played a couple games of pool on the table up stairs. There isn't much area to "hike" around in outside and you do gave 2 other cabins on the site. It was a very pleasant stay!

Perfect vacation cabin!!! Beautiful property, amazing views, hot tub was great, location was perfectly out of town but not too far away. The only things I can suggest: mixing bowl, tea pitcher, hair dryer, and a few more towels. But honestly those were minor inconveniences.

Cabin was at a perfect location. Loved the drive up the mountain. We even got to see watch a bear and other wild life. The cabin was clean. We were missing some items from the kitchen to cook with, however the host was quick to remedy that. The downstairs bed was comfortable. However, two of the upstairs beds did not have box spring under the mattress which is uncomfortable as you can feel the bars digging into your back. It didnt bother the kids, but from an adult perspective there was no way I would be able sleep on that. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and back patio. The other issue we encountered was that the DVD player turns on but its not actually connected to the TV. We would stay there again! :)

The only thing that was bad was the climb to the cabin. The road is very narrow and is hard to travel when it is more than one car on the road. The only TV that we could get to stay on was in the bedroom. The hot tub was nice and the bed sleep good. There were four adorable cats the we got to play with also.

Super fantastic stay! Hot tub and TV’s were magical. Price was FABULOUS. The home is a little outdated, some of the outlets were loose and the back porch needs some love but overall I cannot recommend this spot enough. Worth every penny!

The cabin was very clean. Heating wasn't an issue though we had snow. Driving out in bad weather was a breeze because the roads were well maintained and salted during the recent snow in the area. Door dash was wonderful and found the property without any issues. Will definitely be back again.

We had a great stay here, the view was beautiful the cabin was clean and lovely we had no issues at all for the 4 nights we stayed and there was even a cute little cat family that stopped by ◡̈ the pool table was a little uneven and cramped but we were still able to use it. There are neighbors right across the street but it still felt nice and private. You can tell it's older for sure and a little outdated but we honestly loved that, it gave it an authentic mountain feel.

First of all we were stuck bc of the snow and they did nothing to helpus I would never recommend this at all. The beds up stairs were horrible my back and kids hurt the next day .i will never book again also since we where stuck they wanted to charges us another day for staying so we left and got suck out in the mountains !worst vacation of my life

Rental experience good, location awesome but over rental good be cleaner and they good use a few more cooking items.

Vacation Sept 22-26

So the pictures basically did not tell how small this place was. There is a bathtub right in the middle of the main floor, so unless its just you and your wife or whatever, you cannot take a bath per se and have any sense of privacy. The wifi was super slow, so much that we could not use it. The TV in the main bedroom worked the first night but not the next morning. Again all because of the slow wifi. The deck railing was super loose so we could not lean on it. The mattress, well all of them were super uncomfortable to say the least. It was like sleeping on a few blankets piled on top. The game system, the floor model, did not work at all. I tried various plugs but nothing. Some of the plugs did not work either. So yeah, not a good time. So much so we left after one night. Yeah we wasted money on this place. I will not go back to this cabin nor can I recommend it to anyone else. Oh yeah, the back door, that leads to the deck, the top lock would not latch so we did not feel safe at all.

When the owners visited the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, TN in 2005, they were so impressed with the area such that they purchased cabins and homes that families could visit and enjoy for vacations and all types of other short term stays. When the owners purchased the Heavenly Views Resort in 2019, they were and are convinced that they have found the 8th Wonder Of The World. Pictures and videos do not give this resort justice. You must see and witness the majestic mountain views, the wonderful serenity, the awesome amenities and the vast amusement attractions for individuals and families. You will find few if any other resorts/areas in the United States that compare or come close.
