Everything is at your fingertips! Beach, pool, restaurants, shopping. Walking distance to all. If you are looking for a NSB location this is the one to book. Communication and ease of booking top notch.

I have been staying at the Win-San for 20 years! The last 3 years we have stayed in the same unit , we love the decor and comforts this room brings ,we love that the room now had a keyless entry keypad!!!! . Can't wait for 2020. NSB reality did a great job at handling our reservation this year.

The only problem we had

The only problem we had were with the gate keys. They were very hard to use and kept sticking. Maybe you could invest in a swipe lock. Over all the condo was fantastic. Linda Wright

AWESOME! We'll Be Back!

The condo was immaculate, well stocked, and perfectly located. Everything was within walking distance -> the beach, shops & restaurants. If you'd rather stay in for a meal, you'll have everything you need to cook, serve, eat, and clean-up. We brought our own towels, but they had plenty on premises as well. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens smelled fresh and clean. We only had to reach out once to the NSB Realty Team about a parking permit and they promptly responded. I was a little nervous about going through a company I was not familiar with, but they seem to really care about customer service and exceeded our expectations! Everything was easy - from booking, checking in and checking out. Thank you for making our much needed time away a care free and enjoyable experience! We will definitely be back!

We love our unit and the

We love our unit and the previous Win-San. NSB Realty was fair, Janine was prompt in answering any problems we had. "Do nothing Shane was a waste." You could never get Sentry on the phone and they never returned your call. The construction was necessary, the problems were difficult at times but understandable. We feel the owners dropped the ball on this one.we have come there fifteen years and always felt at ease, not so this year

Beautiful Condo & View - Great Location

The A219 Win-San condo provides the guest with an unobstructed view of the ocean! My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the sunrise/set and relaxing during the day seeing all of the ocean beauty (when we weren't on the beach or at the pool). The condo was beautifully decorated with a beach theme. Win-San is two doors down from the Breakers restaurant (one of our favorite places), where you can have lunch/dinner, a drink and watch the waves come in. Shops are right around the corner. You don't need to drive anywhere unless you need groceries or want to go out and explore downtown New Smyrna Beach or go to one of the fabulous local restaurants. We met several of the owners and guests – all so friendly and welcoming! A few, we have kept in contact with since our trip to New Smyrna Beach. NSB Realty was awesome to work with! I accidentally left a ring of mine on the dresser. I called Jeanine and she had someone on the cleaning staff look for it….and they found it! They are shipping my ring to my home! (Of course, my husband offered to go back down to NSB to pick it up  ). I'd rent there again!! I'd rent there again!!

We had an excellent time in your condo, however we have since realized we left a small red drawstring bag with glasses and contacts in the unit. Beautiful condo with an amazing views and short walking distance to Flagler Ave

NSB Reality was great to work with. Condo was well represented by the photos. It is a small complex so it was quiet. Pool area was great and the views are amazing. Interior of condo is updated, clean and served our group very well! We will definitely stay there again!
