Downtown Rotonde

Exceptionaly located on the heart of the new pedestrian area "Les Allées Provençales", one minute walk from the famous Rotonde and the Cours Mirabeau.
3rd floor with large terrace overlooking a park, south exposure, calm area.
Living room, bedroom, bathroom, toilet, equipped kitchen, terrace. WIRELESS. Air conditioning (all rooms).

  You enter into a newer (built in 1999), luxury, secure building ... directly from the pedestrian entrance, or with your private car in the parking lot.
The elevator is located on the 3rd floor.
Entering the apartment, you will find a large living area with a sofa bed, a dining table for 4, and a TV with satellite channels, and a recent movies. The fully equipped kitchen includes utensils, dishes and cookware to prepare your favorite meals and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, teapot, etc. A large terrace overlooks a very quiet garden (4) and a comfortable lounge area. The king size bedroom with closets also has access to the terrace. The full size, modern bathroom includes towels.

There is air conditioning and internet WIFI. Parking is included.

Location was wonderful, close to supermarket and restaurants as well as the in town museums. The parking space was such an asset. Shower was very good, lots of hot water and good water pressure. That was a real plus for us! Franck was very helpful both before and during our visit. Only wished for a little more closet space! Had a wonderful 2 weeks in Aix en Provence.

Excellent stay! 5-6 min easy walk from train/bus through nice area. 2 min to Monoprix for supplies. Lovely apartment with beautiful south facing deck Comfortable, very quiet and fully supplied 1bed apt. Excellent hose communication and flexibility!You are about a minute or 2 from old town/Rotunda. Amazing location.Would stay again.. and hope to in future.

Très agréable séjour dans cet appartement idéalement placé. Nous avons pu profiter de la grande terrasse ombragée avec vue sur la verdure. Place de parking très appréciable. Très bonne literie. Excellent accueil des propriétaires. Adresse à retenir !

Helen et Norm forment un couple de voyageurs canadiens absolument charmants, très respectueux et faciles à communiquer avec. Ils ont pris grand soin de l’appartement, laissé les lieux impeccablement propres et bien rangés, et ont suivi toutes les consignes avec beaucoup de sérieux. Sehr gute Kommunikation bei der Schlüsselübergabe, Vermieter war sofort bei Problemen vor Ort.Wohnung ist funktional ausgestattet, ruhige Lage mitten in der Stadt mit einem großen Balkon in Richtung Garten, die Tiefgarage ist ein Plus bei der Parksituation

Logement parfait. Proprete, equipement,espace, une terrasse spacieuse, un proprietaire sympathique. L'appartement est idealement situé pour visiter la. ville. Garage dans l'immeuble. Tout est parfait. Si on revient à Aix notre choix de logement est deja trouvé.
