We thoroughly enjoyed being able to call this beautiful, light-filled apartment our home away from home for 5 days. The surrounding area is wonderful and everything is within walking distance.

This place is wonderful! Very clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable, and shower is clean. The location is the best. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and old town Nice. Restaurant and shops are within 1 minute walk. The train station is about 15 minutes walk which is a bit far after the whole day walking, but you can take a uber if you don’t want to walk. Will come stay again!

My 80th birthday holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nice; good food and wine, sunshine but not too hot. The apartment was ideal for walking to the Promenade des Anglais, the Promenade du Paillon, the old town, the Colline du Chateau (going up in the lift) and the port area. We also caught tram and bus to Villefranche sur Mer for a day. We enjoyed meals out and found plenty of lovely food for self-catered breakfasts and some lunches. So it was a great success.

Perfect location for a stay in Nice

Beautiful apartment on the 4th floor, close to all amenities and restaurants. Very bright and very well located. Public parking across the street (we had an SUV, the parking of the apartment was small).

I stayed here with 5 people total: The property itself had plenty of space and the location was right in the heart of Nice (3 mins walking to Place Massena). The place is clean and well decorated and the owners were very communicative. They even set up a driver from the airport. If this place is available, book now!

Spacious, comfortable, perfect location

We had an excellent experience staying at this property. It is spacious, comfortable and perfectly located with many nice restaurants, cafes and bars within 5 minutes walking distance. It is also within 5-10 minutes walking distance of a supermarket, boutique shopping, and the beach. The check-in process went smoothly - the agent, Daniella, was prompt, professional and provided great suggestions for restaurants. We strongly recommend this vacation apartment and would definitely stay here again.

A really fantastic apartment really nicely decorated and modernised full kitchen that was well equipped with plenty of pots and pans should you wish to cook. Very spacious accommodation with good bedroom sizes, only downside only one toilet.Access to 4th floor not the easiest if you have difficulty walking or for the elderly, yes there is a lift but its old and tiny plus there are still steps to navigate to access the flat. The street outside was noisy but it central Nice so what else would you expect. It is an expensive apartment but we thought it was worth the money.

Really Good

I stayed in this apartment for five weeks. There were three of us in there most of the time. The apartment is conveniently located in a lively neighborhood. There are two groceries and two pharmacies just a few steps away, dozens of good restaurants one block away, and the beach two blocks away. The apartment has excellent air conditioning which is essential in the hot summer. It also has strong windows to keep the neighborhood noise out. The apartment is on the fourth floor with a tiny elevator. The elevator was broken for one week. For these reasons, I don’t recommend this apartment for people with mobility issues. The one bathroom situation is manageable because the toilet is in a separate room from the shower. There is ample hot water. The apartment is sparsely furnished. The tv sitting area seats three people comfortably. It is necessary to use dining table chairs if there are more people. I don’t cook so I cannot say anything about the kitchen other than it seemed well equipped. The washer dryer was deeply problematic for a long stay. It is a tiny all in one unit. It takes a good amount of time to run one very, very small load and then an overnight on the drying rack is still necessary. For a short stay, this is non-issue. The mattresses were quite firm. Good for some. Not good for others. The window coverings are thin and two of the rooms face east so they are very bright very early in the morning. I recommend a sleep mask. Almost all of the pillows - both for sleeping and decorative - as well as the duvets are feather. Management was polite and friendly.

Perfect base for French Riviera vacation

Great location right in the heart of Nice with easy access to everything and steps away from the promenade des Anglais. Catherine and Daniela were both fantastic helping us from reservation, checkin to checkout. They provided awesome recommendation for restaurants and bakeries. The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We will definitely stay there again in our next visit to the region.

Perfect location and great apartment

My family of 6 had an absolutely splendid time in our stay here for 4 days. You really can’t get a better location, right at the start of the pedestrian district and a quick walk to the sea! The apartment had everything we needed- including towels for the beach which was a nice touch! It was easy to work with Diana. Our only complaint was we wished we stayed longer!!

Wonderful location, spacious apartment

We had a wonderful stay in Nice. The apartment is on a very good location and you'll find everything you need in the kitchen. The only thing which was a bit of a problem was the climate control which wasn't working. So we had really warm nights. Beside that I can highly recommend this apartment.

Great location, nice amenities, and accommodating managers. Very comfortable beds. Washer and elevator were out of service though, which was unfortunate since the apartment is in the fourth floor. Can get very noisy in the streets down below at night. Would stay there again.

Sunny New Year in Grimaldi

Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment in an excellent location. Lovely, large and bright lounge/dining room and separate well equipped kitchen. Three large bedrooms with comfortable beds and good linen. Catherine is delightful and welcomed us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed. She also left us a contact number just in case, which was reassuring. The apartment had a few bits and pieces (salt, pepper, oil) etc... that you need to get started in the kitchen and bathroom and even better complimentary local wine to sample. We had a fabulous New year celebration and thank you to Sunlight Properties for the beautiful apartment.

Great Location

Just returned from a 3 night stay in Nice with 5 girlfriends. Wow! What a place. The apartment is situated in a beautiful building 5 minutes walk to the beach. The photographs don't do it justice - it was much bigger than we expected. Three large bedrooms, modern bathroom (though no loo), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer etc, cloakroom and large spacious living area with floor to ceiling windows. The air conditioning was a plus. The agent, Ivan, was lovely and on call when we had any questions and the taxi service to and from the airport (booked by Ivan) was great. Place Messena and Nice Old Town were also a short walk away. The train station (which we used each day) an easy 15-20 minute stroll. There are two supermarkets on the street below and several cafes/bars/restaurants all around. Overall, a great apartment in a brilliant location in a beautiful city. Will definitely book here again.

Que du bonheur!

Quel appartement superbe! Tout y est parfait. Il est spacieux, de bon goût, bien équipé et d'une propreté impeccable. La rue est bruyante, mais les fenêtres sont bien isolées et la climatisation centrale assure la bonne température dans l'appartement. Sa localisation est idéale : à 5 minutes à pied de la Promenade des Anglais, de la Place Masséna, du tramway et à 10 minutes du Vieux-Nice. Il y a deux petits marchés au bas de l'immeuble, une boulangerie et une variété de restaurants dans les rues avoisinantes. Ne vous encombrez pas d'une voiture, Nice se marche très bien et pour vous rendre sur les hauteurs de Nice ou visiter les alentours (Eze, Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Cannes, Monaco, etc.), le bus ou le train vous y conduiront rapidement et à peu de frais. Nice est une ville magnifique nichée au creux d'un paysage grandiose entre mer et montagne. Nous avons été charmés par ses couleurs, sa lumière, sa beauté et l'énergie vivifiante ou paisible de la Méditerranée, selon son humeur. Nous avons marché, admiré, dégusté et marché encore, sans nous lasser. En terminant, nous souhaitons souligner l'excellent service offert par Sunlight Properties tout au long du processus, de la réservation à l'accueil à l'appartement jusqu'au départ en taxi pour l'aéroport. Beautiful apartment

We absolutely loved the apartment. It was beautifully decorated, pristinely clean and was centrally located close to the beach, cafes and the old town. The included taxi transfer from the airport was a bonus. We found Sunlight Properties great to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout the booking and payment process, and Ivan was extremely helpful and friendly at check in. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.
