The home was perfect for our trip. We really appreciated the large fenced yard for our dogs (we know they enjoyed it as well)! The bed was quite comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We could not have asked for better place to stay while visiting Omaha!

This was a very nice house, with everything we needed; great fenced in back yard for my dog. The owner was very responsive when I had questions upon arrival.

Host was very responsive, the home felt lived in, in a good way that made it feel like we could actually relax. Super close to major roads, and conveniently located near the store for last minute things we forgot. Definitely would stay again on our next trip.

The house was awesome. A/C was set low, plenty of blankets, recliners were awesome. I fell asleep in one every night. The one thing not really shown is how close it is to a 4 way intersection. Not really an issue though and the perk it gives is a Walmart is almost walking distance. If you’re over 5’7 you’ll be taller than the shower head, bout the biggest complaint but that wasn’t a big issue. Just being honest. Overall one of the best vrbo I’ve stayed at honestly. Very clean, very easy check in, didn’t get bothered by owner at all.

Truly was a quiet place to stay and perfect for our needs. Room to run for our grandson. Great off street parking with room to turn around. We prepared several meals at the house and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this cottage! Wonderful location. Easy to find, and easy access to wherever we wanted to go. Beautiful property. Very functional. Everything was clean and well organized inside. Steps are in place for patio door. Perfect yard for my farm dogs who bark at any distractions...back is surrounded by trees on the property line, and the fence was well placed to create a private setting where traffic on 99th didn't bother at all. Separation between fence and property line next door with garage between them. Floors were waterproof vinyl plank and dog/kid friendly since it did rain two days we were there. Eat-in kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of cookware and dishes provided. Refrigerator and stove were clean and worked fine. We didn't get an opportunity to try the grill outside, but it was a good size. Living room has Fire TV stick with more channels than you could ever need. (NE Husker game was available.) Couch, two recliners, and a comfy chair provided plenty of seating. Bedrooms were more than adequate. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for the dogs' beds. Extra linens and plenty of towels were provided. Washer and dryer were nice extras. Plenty of parking with room to turn around so you could access Military Road without backing out. Host checked to be sure we had everything we needed. Super Walmart is walking distance, so its easy to pickup anything you may have forgotten. I'd definitely rent this adorable cottage again!

This was our second visit in less than six months. The property is well located to our family & friends and has a great yard for pups and grandkids. The kitchen had all we needed as well as every other room in the house. The host is personable and responsive to our needs. Thank you, Shayne for accomodating us.

Property extremely cute and cozy. Backyard amazing and perfect for people traveling with dogs. AC work amazing !!!! Very minimal noise from street. Conveniently located near a a Walmart. Beds and furniture very comfortable My biggest feedback is the floor could definitely use a good cleaning. They were very dirty. Next: there were no garbage bags at the property for the garbage cans. I’ve never had to provide my own garbage bags. The propane tank for the grill was empty and the grill is in really bad shape. I’d probably get rid of the grill and not advertise you can BBQ. Lastly , all the kitchen cabinets need a good cleaning. Overall this is a very cute and cozy rental and I would definitely recommend and stay there again myself. Just needs a good deep cleaning

Thank you so very much for your feedback. I do leave rolls of garbage bags in the home, however, they disappear on a regular basis. I was unaware that the grill was not working Thank you. I will replace it. Safe travels.

I own two dogs, who travel with me everywhere, and we also stay in VRBO's.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

It is next door to my home. The original owners, a couple, Tom and Lillie, who lived there raised 5 children. They originally owned the 15 acres to the East of the property. They sold one parcel to put in a well, where before they had carried water in.
Tom groomed dogs and Lillie tailored garments, as well operated their cleaning company which cleaned the apartments just Southwest of the property when tenants moved out.
Tom had passed, and Lillie was preparing to remarry at age 86, so she decided she would sell the property to me.

Lily's is quiet, and secure. It is off the beaten path, yet the best amenities in Omaha are within a 15 minute drive. Having a Walmart close by, as well as a gas station saves a lot of time when you are travelling. The fenced yard allows visitors with children a great location, and those of us who travel with furry friends an opportunity to bring them along with no hassles.
