We’re sorry, however, that the second bedroom mattress was uncomfortable and that you experienced an unpleasant smell near the laundry room and second bedroom. We’ll also have the dryer checked to make sure it is functioning properly. We appreciate your suggestions regarding the patio furniture as well. Sorry about the missing hand soap and the pool not being heated during your stay — you’re right, hand soap should always be there, and we’ve already reminded our cleaning team to double‑check that between every booking. We’re also reviewing our listing and pre‑arrival info to make sure it’s super clear that the pool isn’t heated so there are no surprises. I hope you come back soon.
