Great family spot

We loved everything about Cabana 203, everything was as listed, clean, & a very easy check in/out process! We will definitely be back! Best location here also, has its own community & restaurants just steps outside your condo! Just steps away from a private beach!

Best little place

This was the perfect little place for us! The condo was great, clean and near everything we needed. We were right across from the beach and could see the water from the balcony! Restaurants near by and very close to grocery stores and shopping! Excellent communication as well! We will be back!

Awesome Location

This condo is in a wonderful location for daily walks, beach, and pool sessions. The property has tennis courts, 3 pools, and a wonderful coffee shop just steps away. We loved it. The condo was very clean. The bunkbeds are likely best for just children, although we did have one adult stay in them.

Perfect beach and pool/hot tub access. Close to shops and food.

We loved that it's just across the road from the beach. Super close to food and shops. Took less than 5 minutes to get to the beach with codes for everything. The beach was private and no one was there. We stayed right before Labor day weekend. Perfect time to go for having the beach and pool to yourself. Everything was so clean inside the rental, no issues. Staff replied to text quickly for questions we had. Cleaning crews out by the pool kept everything cleaned daily. Safe and close to everything, we will definitely be back next year!

Beach Condo-Santa Rosa Beach

This was a wonderful condo in a very good location. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need, plenty of space, and great style. It was close to Seaside and Destin, close to many state parks for a variety of outdoor activities, and close to the grocery store. We hope to come back in the future!

Beach weekend

We have stayed in gulf place many times. Booked this little condo for just my husband and myself. Overall the condo was very clean and had the basic needs inside. The only thing that was disappointing was that the shower was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The shower curtain inside and out had orange makeup and dirt hand marks all over it from the prior guests. The WiFi also did not work (which was no huge deal to us). Besides that we were very happy with our stay and we will stay again!

nice compact condo

It was a nice location across the street and easy walk to the beach.Not a large condo but perfect for us as a couple.We did use the kitchen to cook one meal and everything was there we needed.The bunk bed area and half bath was a nice addition to spread out in getting ready in the morning.There were a couple of paint touch places needed but other than that everything was in good shape

Pleasant

Nice clean apartment. Had all we needed. Kitchen had no cupboard space for pantry items. Kind of bare bones, no coffee, salt, pepper etc. no real complaints. Management company Real Joy sends way too many messages and emails. They were very helpful on the phone when we accidentally went to the wrong building.

Great Location

The condo was as advertised--in a great location with plenty of parking. One of the toilets was very slow to flush and we reported it but never heard back. Not a big deal since it was only the two of us and we used the half bath as needed.
