“Cabana 30Ahhhh" has been recently renovated and comes with gorgeous views of the Gulf. It is a 1 bedroom plus bunks with 1.5 baths. Perfect for a family, ! You can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine of the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The location is fabulous with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Beach access is across the street and you can enjoy any of the 3 pools and hot tub that are available within Gulf Place.
Access to the white sand beaches and emerald gulf waters with Gulf Place Private beach access directly across the street or enjoy Cabanas community pool , perfect for a quick dip.

Gulf Place Cabanas are just steps away from a variety of restaurants, boutique shopping, and the Artists colony to browse for that unique keepsake. The 'Lawn' offers live music concerts in the season, right at your back door. Live music can also be enjoyed at the corner restaurants! No need for a car during your vacation! Hwy 30A offers a scenic path covering it's 18.5 miles for walks, jogging, or biking. We have stayed at two other properties at this location, in different buildings, and have always enjoyed the area. This property is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants.The interior was clean, comfortable, and furnished with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen appeared to have been recently remodeled, although a couple of the cabinet doors would not close properly. The icemaker was also not working properly during our stay.Overall, we enjoyed the convenient location and comfortable accommodations and would consider staying here again.

Nice property in a terrific location. The condo was in good condition and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, which does not seem common in air b&b's. Only criticism of the property is the sliding glass door to the balcony. The door was incredibly difficult to close and somewhat difficult to open and it would not lock. This was an inconvenience because we used the balcony a lot. The balcony has nice seating and a view of the Gulf. Other than this the property was nice. Clean pool and deck and the outside area was well taken care of. The beach could not be easier to walk to as the access is right across the street. There are a number of food and bar options within a very short walk, and of course everything else on 30A is just a very short and pleasant drive. Great stay and would definitely return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location , no laundry in unit and master sink backed up everytime you used sink ( but you can fix that) other than that, really enjoyable

Everything was perfect A/C was cold, Pool was a great temperature and the Location is beautiful. If I could come up with one complaint the sliding glass door going out to the balcony was so hard to close my wife and kids couldn’t even do it.
