“Cabana 30Ahhhh" has been recently renovated and comes with gorgeous views of the Gulf. It is a 1 bedroom plus bunks with 1.5 baths. Perfect for a family, ! You can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine of the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The location is fabulous with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Beach access is across the street and you can enjoy any of the 3 pools and hot tub that are available within Gulf Place.
Access to the white sand beaches and emerald gulf waters with Gulf Place Private beach access directly across the street or enjoy Cabanas community pool , perfect for a quick dip.

Gulf Place Cabanas are just steps away from a variety of restaurants, boutique shopping, and the Artists colony to browse for that unique keepsake. The 'Lawn' offers live music concerts in the season, right at your back door. Live music can also be enjoyed at the corner restaurants! No need for a car during your vacation! Hwy 30A offers a scenic path covering it's 18.5 miles for walks, jogging, or biking. While we enjoyed the condo there is a lot that needs to be done. First, the pros. The bed is very comfortable, the location is outstanding, and the a/c works great. Unfortunately, that’s where the pros end. First, when asked about the coffeemaker, the person responding didn’t know if it was a keurig or a standard one. When you walk in, the mustiness hits you immediately. Not “it’s just a beach condo” but more like “where is the mold growing?” The whole condo is in desperate need of a deep clean. There is mold growing around the baseboards in the main bathroom. Next, the icemaker didn’t work and we had ONE ice tray. And it appears it hasn’t been working since April. There is no sponge in the kitchen and there were plates and forks that had food stuck to them in the cabinets. We had to rewash everything we used. The faucet was leaking in the main bathroom which may be contributing to the mold problem. Finally, and most important, the sliding glass door either needs to be replaced or fixed. It is VERY difficult to open and close and still had dark smears on it so it hadn’t been cleaned. As we like going on the balcony this was a problem. Some other things that would have been nice to have are some starter K-cups for the coffeemaker, better toilet paper and paper towels, better sheets for the bed (some had stains and holes) and power washing the balcony.

Just as described

The location is good and it’s just a short walk to get to the beach or pools. Around Easter it wasn’t too busy. We would stay here again!

The perfect location

We love it here and always try to stay at the cabanas due to their proximity to the beach, pool and gulf place amenities. This property was excellent (although we might be about to outgrow the bunk beds with our growing kids!). Only suggestion is to replace the chipped bowls, there were quite a few. Thanks for a great vacation!

Nice space

This was a good spot for a short vacation of 2 adults and 3 teens at a great price. Convenient and comfortable with decent amenities. The bathrooms were close together and both open to the bunk space, so very little privacy, but we were out most of the time so wasn't a huge problem. It would be helpful to repair the main bath fan to address the privacy challenge. Lots to do around the facility and easy access to the beach. Management was very responsive. The condo could use a few updates such as deep furniture clean, updates and cleaning of the bathtub area, although I know that is hard to maintain at a beach property, but it was not an issue for us.

Needs a redo

Great location and hair dryer. That’s about it. This unit is worn, dirty and banged out. You could never tell that from the beautiful photos. The rug and sofa are dirty from lots of use. Ice maker didn’t work, missing lots of basics in the kitchen and the towel rods just fell off. It became comical and we compared it to the movie Money Pit. This is an owner issue not housekeeping. Floors and bedding were all clean.

The LOCATION was fantastic!!! Beautiful view, beach access right across the street, shops and restaurants all around in walking distance, Seaside down the road … The property could use a bit of updating, but overall it was perfect for our stay and the communication was excellent!

Loved the location easy to get to the beach and come up to the room if you needed too. Everything is so close which is really nice. Family friendly!

Best 1-bedroom condo at Gulf Place

I've stayed at Gulf Place numerous times over the years. This condo was one of the best! The description & pictures were spot-on. No surprises (which had been the case with other condos at Gulf Place the past few years.) I will book this condo for my next trip to 30A!

Great unit

Unit was clean and included all essentials. Nice decor. King Mattress was comfortable. However frame has legs that aren’t hidden under the mattress therefore guests must be careful not to stumble or stub a toe. Additionally headboard isn’t attached well.

Cabanas 303

Condo was as pictured. Nice kitchen upgrades and unit was clean.Sliding glass door to balcony was hard to open and close. Not a big fan of internet TV, but all the units have moved in this direction. We have stayed in the Cabanas dozens of times and will return in the future. Ideal location.

Our stay was perfect. My first stay was just as a couple . This stay I took my daughter and 8 year old and 8 month old . We had a great stay . It is easy access to the beach . Condo very clean . Everything you need . Only thing missing was the sheets for sleeper sofa but didn’t create issues for us . I’ll be back again.
