Great Pool, Quiet Neighborhood, Comfy bed
Overall this was a great place for our family half week vacation. The highlight was the backyard. The pool was great. Our 10 yo spent all the time she could in the pool. 13 yo and 8 yo also enjoyed it. It had a deep end (9ft ish) and a medium end. No really shallow part, so might not be great for little kids who don’t swim well. The hot tub was adequate.
Lots of backyard games available. Plenty of fun to be had. Across the street was a good park with play structure and baseball fields.
The beds were very comfortable, some of the best we have slept in at rental houses. Fans over the beds and A/C and blankets. Comfy.
Some areas were a little dated, and one bathroom needs some TLC, but it really wasn’t a huge problem.
Overall it had everything we needed to spend fun times at the house as well as a good base to do things, especially in the Scottsdale areas.
