Our housekeeping staff does their best to try to clear a path to the home when time allows. There is a shovel available for guest use as well. Additionally, we were not aware of the hot tub leaking and the company that services it has not reported any issues. Tin foil is not stocked in the home but we are sorry for any kitchen supplies that were lacking and our local manager has inspected this and made any necessary replacements. The fireplace is not used during the warmer months and we are sorry for any disappointment this caused your party.
