Family Vacation

The unit was decorated so nice. It an easy walk to the beach and the beach service was wonderful. Loved the location. Great place for family with smaller kids.

Awesome stay!

We had a great trip to Destin. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. The condo was clean, cool and comfortable. Great view of the Gulf of Mexico!

Family Vacation

The condo was amazing. Plenty of room for all us with great views of the beach/ocean. They had plenty of beach chairs and toys for us to enjoy. Communication was great before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean and easily accessible. Condo was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated.

Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Views from the large patio were awesome! Pool and gym are clean and easily accessible. Beach access was easy. Property is is close to restaurants and recreational activities.

Beautiful Views

Breath taking views of the beach at sunrise and sunset! The property was as described and perfect for our family of 6! Having the beach towels, ice chest, and beach items on site were very helpful! Thank you for letting us stay!

Very Nice Place to Stay

This place was great. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. The only thing I didn't love was having to empty the dishwasher from the previous tenant before I could use it. Other than that it was clean and comfortable.

Trip with daughters

Had the best week with my daughters. The property was very clean and exactly as pictured. Had all the amenities needed and could not have asked for anything more. By far, the property had the best kept beach front. Samantha was extremely accommodating and let us check into the property early due to our arrival time I would highly recommend and would stay here again in.

Spring break

The view was amazing!! Loved having my own sliders in the master bedroom that was ocean view! Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There were a few inconveniences that we had to deal with and the property manager made it right with us! Overall great location and we had a wonderful experience! We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Jade East. From the beginning we got excellent instructions and details about the property. They provide anything you could need for a beach vacation down to a beach cart to help you carry your beach equipment. The property manager was very responsive when I had to ask a question. The condo is beautiful with a beautiful view. Walk to the beach is short and easy. We will definitely be returning to this property.

Beautiful property, great amenities

We truly enjoyed our stay! The views were spectacular, and the property was as pictured. The host thinks of their guests by leaving a good stock of supplies to start you off, as well as beach stuff! The only reason for the 4 stars is we had some issues with television, dryer, and also the dishwasher but I did let the host know and she was very communicative about the issues

Family Fun

Absolutely beautiful place. Could use a rocking chair in the living room but we managed rocking the 2 year old on the balcony. The owner was super nice and replied to our needs immediately. Having the cart, umbrella, beach chairs and toys was awesome. Even a rolling ice chest which we didn’t need. Would definitely recommend this unit. Thank you so much Ms Samantha

Cold AC

We definitely consider rebooking. Large condo, able to accommodate 3 small families with children, with privacy. Unbelievable views! Yes, the AC alone was worth it!!

The check-in was very easy. Property was ready early so was able to check-in earlier than 4:00. Property owner answered emails very quickly. Some of the outlets didn’t work. The TV in the bedroom with the 2 beds came on but couldn’t figure out how to watch it. Maybe no cable box-couldn’t connect to internet. Also, the light wouldn’t come on from the fan in the bedroom we had to use the lamps. The air vent covering in living room was rusty/dirty. Under the beds & couches were very dirty. Also, the couches were very dirty-probably never bought new ones. Condo was a little small for 9 people-couldn’t fit everyone in the living room. Bedroom size was good for everyone. The 3rd floor was convenient for us. Didn’t have to wait long for elevators. Don’t think we would stay there again.

LOVED the unit we had (Jade East 310)

Property was great, however, they need to update the pictures of the fitness center as it does not have nearly the equipment that the pictures showed.

Thank you, Chuck, for choosing our condo for your vacation. Yes, you are correct. The fitness center was total flooded and damaged with broken glasses and water during one of the crazy storms couple of months ago so HOA had it shut down for awhile to work it out with the insurance and contractors. They just open the fitness center couple of weeks ago so they are still working on adding more equipment to the place. Once the fitness are complete, we will update our pictures then. Jade East complex was very nice. Nice pool area and work out room. View from condo impressive. Condo was a disappointment. It felt like it had been neglected for some time. It needs a deep cleaning, to include the ventilation system. Several light bulbs were burned out, remotes to fans were missing, a television was not functional. A curtain rod and curtain were no longer on the wall in one bedroom, as it was found in the closet. Furniture and lamps very worn and or damaged and in need of repair or replacement. Owners closet with beach equipment was dirty and items just thrown into a huge pile.

Awesome place

Our group was 5 adults and one child. This was a perfect place for us- 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We contacted Samantha our property manager twice with immediate response. We asked for early check in and late check out due to our flights and she did not hesitate to allow both. The location was awesome. Beautiful condo and views. Easy access to everything. The water park was directly across the street, although our time did not allow us to go there. The access to lawn chairs, beach toys for our younger child were perfect. We loved our time there, and look forward to returning. We happened to leave 2 days before hurricane Helene was to arrive and we hope all is well in Destin

1st Time at the Beachfront

All the necessary details were provided (Gate codes, door codes, etc.) A word of warning: Make sure you have the gate code noted before driving up. There is a one-lane entrance and if you don't know the code, you could be holding up a bunch of people. I saw it happen. The condo was gorgeous with spectacular views! The added beach gear was so helpful (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach cart, etc.). That all adds up if you had to rent or purchase these items. I would definitely stay here again.

Could use some basic supplies.

We were only provided one trash bag and no paper towels. We purchased these, along with foil, sandwich bags. Per the owners instructions all this had to be thrown away at the end of our stay. They also told us to return kitchen as it was when we got there, we did the sweeping but could not find mop. I thought that would have been included in cleaning fees.

Hello Katharine, I am so sorry for the missing trash bag and paper towel. I will discuss this with our cleaner because we expected the cleaner to leave more trash bags and paper towel for each guest. I am also truly sorry for the misunderstanding our instruction on our information at check-in. I asked the guests to leave the condo as it was when they check in but not expected the guests to leave the condo like when they check in, which is not possible. In the past, we had guests who had pulled every single things out of all the drawers and cabinets to use and left a total mess in the kitchen and closets, foods stuck to ceilings and walls and re-arranged all our furniture which took our cleaner the whole day to get the condo ready and caused our next guests a late check-in. Pretty much we asks the guests to take all their belongs with them and clean after themselves when the guest leave. Again, I am truly sorry for the misunderstanding and missing trash bag and paper towel. Thank you so much for choosing our condo and hope we can better serve you next time!
