Hilton Head

Unit was as described inside. Dishwasher was broken however we were informed of that ahead of time. So, no complaints about the unit. The building in and area was unexpected. Building needs a lot of TLC and fellow residents/neighbors seemed to consist of mainly temp construction/airport workers. Unit a couple doors down appeared to house a large number of male temp folks so made us nervous to leave teen daughter alone. Very pet friendly building. We had to leave early through no fault of owner or unit but overall adequate for our needs. Unit was very clean and spacious.

Affordable and Great Location!

Stayed here with my friend and her dog. We loved the property and it was super affordable! The host was in constant communication about any of the concerns we had. Check in/check out instructions were easy and detailed! I would definitely stay again!

Nice place to stay

Overall it was a nice place, very nicely decorated and closed to a lot stores. Owner was very nice and considerate. The top bunk bed was a little squeaky and don’t forget to put the parking permit inside your car.

Thanksgiving time

This space is very cute! We were close to everything and the beach extras that were supplied was such a wonderful surprise. The only downside was the flights of stairs.

Comfy and quiet getaway

My family and I loved staying here. The house is updated to be modern, but has a very homey feeling to it. Everything is close to the house . The shower water pressure made me never want to get out. My family and I felt right at home

Excellent communication with host

We ended up having to cancel our stay because of severe weather, but the host was very communicative and accommodating. It is so nice to be treated like people rather than just customers. We will definitely book with this host again and hopefully can actually make it in for the trip!

Very peaceful and nice accomadations

My family, including 2 dogs, stayed 10 days at the condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We liked that it was in a less congested part of the Islands. Several nice beaches within a 5 mile radius.Nice pool in the complex.

Great location and property

We had a very enjoyable time. Mary was very responsive when needed. Properly is very accurately explained in listing, just a mile from an awesome beach that was almost like a private beach. They had everything you would need even board games for the kids. Would definitely stay again

Family Vacation

Condo was amazing,very ckean and well laid out, plenty of room for our group of five, including our dog. had everything you could need for extended stay including beach items. Pool was clean and right outside of unit. Beach less than a mile, very nice beach not overly crowded. Condo was close to everything from shopping to fun things to do. A must see are the fireworks on Tuesday nights.

Great and quiet stay

This was a great stay, with great food not far like Okko Japanese restaurant and Street Meet Taverns. The place was clean and quiet with even accommodations for the pup.

Our trip was wonderful and we loved the condo and all of its amenities. We went to the beach and used the provided beach chairs and beach towels. We loved the washer and dryer, the spacious living and dining room as well as the peaceful balcony to sit on and enjoy watching the sunset off in tge distance. Just an overall wonderful experience. Disappointing

This was an awful experience with VRBO. This should not be advertised as a vacation rental, this is permanent housing for low income island workers. We pulled up and we’re immediately shocked at the community that was rented to us as a vacation villa. We stayed one night of our 20 night reservation and left immediately. We had to frantically find another place to stay. While the owner was somewhat responsive to our concerns, she was not forthright in issuing the refund we agreed on. This entire experience has truly soured us toward using VRBO in the future.

Half Marathon escape

Close to everything, clean, comfortable and relaxing. Nice walk to the beach area. Very easy to book and work with Mary. We will stay again if / when we come back. Have already shared site with another good friend for her family.

Good stay

Glad the property allowed dogs. Beds were comfortable which was nice. The outside surroundings were nothing special but good thing we did not come to Hilton head to stay at property. The Roku cable set up was a tremendous plus. We did not get home from our outings till late at night so really nice to have tons of choices to watch and unwind.

Nice place to stay in Hilton Head.

Nice condo that was very clean and the amenities were well appointed. Mary was very accommodating and communicated with us before and after check in. I would stay there again in the future.

Great location and pet friendly

We took a brief respite after dropping our son at college in Savannah. We needed a dog-friendly accommodation as well as peace and quiet. This VRBO fit the bill perfectly, and we were very comfortable - beds are fantastic! Mary is super responsive to any questions you may have.

Good location

First time to Hilton Head Island. This apartment was located relatively close to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of space and we were able to get in a little exercise with the stairs:) If we go back, we would consider staying here again. Enjoyed it.

Truly Peace in Paradise

Just as the title states, this really was peace in paradise. The location was absolutely perfect. We were close to everything we wanted to do and see all while having the peace and quiet needed. Check-in and out was a breeze. Even though we didn't use a lot of the amenities in the condo, Mary has thought of everything! The kitchen has a lot of dinnerware/cookware. There are beach towels/chairs/umbrellas. There are even dog/cat crates as needed. The beds were comfortable. Sitting out on the balcony was lovely. There is a pool, playgrounds, and even a lovely picnic area next to a pond on the grounds. Even though it is on the top floor, the stairs up to the unit are spaced well and have landings to rest if needed. The unit was incredibly clean. Plenty of close parking spots as well. And communication with Mary was amazing. She was attentive and just so kind. It was a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone!

Great stay and value

We were very happy with our stay! Check in instructions were clear and Mary was very responsive. We had plenty of space, enjoyed the balcony, and were close to Folly Field Beach.

Great Stay!

My friend and I had the perfect girls getaway. The whole process of booking, checking-in and out was EASY! I highly recommend this condo, it is close to everything. Mary has everything you need and is quick to respond if you have any questions. Would definitely go back.

Adorable! Exactly what we were hoping for.

This property was very comfortable and peaceful. The two-story layout allowed us to each have our own space when we needed, but there was also enough room to gather together. The beds were comfortable and the views from the front and back were very pretty. Great deal!

I have been a real estate broker for over 40 years in the Denver CO area. I own and manage several rental properties in the suburbs of Denver. This is my first vacation rental! I chose Hilton Head because my daughter was a veterinarian in Hilton Head near this property and I love to visit this beautiful area and wonderful vacation spot.!

I actually grew up on a dairy farm not far from Green Bay WI and got a music education degree from St Norbert College in Depere WI. I came to Denver in 1973 and love the weather and the mountains. I have two grown children and 4 grand children.
I am passionate about music and that is my avocation. I sing and play piano. I am also passionate about working out, as I think that is the key to good health and being able to enjoy life!
