Some guests spend their holiday trying to find the minimum excuse to get a compensation. The apartment (as always) was perfectly clean and revised: please check other reviews of proper guests. The guest found a hair under one bed mattress: that's what's was dirty Future hosts: beware of this guest.

We also have a dedicated emergency number available 24/7, which has consistently worked for all of our guests. We truly regret the incident with the blind and any inconvenience it may have caused.
