Hello Pamela. Thanks a lot for your review. The apartment location is right across the beach and very close to the historical city center, which is a real advantage to walk everywhere. Hopefully the road seen from the living room will be taken out of the city in the near future (or so politicians said), hence staying at the apartment would be absolutely perfect (and perhaps the prices would go also up). But as you say, no noise in the bedroom and sleeping there is very nice. So glad you enjoyed your stay. Kind Regards and have a wonderful time in Europe! :-)

Great Vacation

Teresa was a very effective and efficient Property Manager with great communications skills and clear goals and customer care. The apartment is in a great location, close to all the great attractions and the beach. It was very secure, clean and peaceful. We greatly recommend this location.

Nice situation apartment

Apartments situation was exellent for our one week walking holiday. It was just like pictures. Nothing special but all you need. Good shower and quiet.To my mind apartment needs a litle facelift.

Very nice apartment, ideal location!

Excellent apartment - cozy, clean, fully furbished, has everything needed for vacation. We stayed in September - the weather was superb, but without aircon in the sleeping room during summer it might get a bit hot at night. Location is just great - 1 min walk from the old town and Santa Barbara castle, opposite Postiguet beach, lots of places to eat out, 2 min walk to small supermarket, 8 min to large shopping centre. The manager Teresa was just fantastic, answered all our questions, showed us around and gave lots of useful tips on where to eat, what to see and how to get around. Certainly would recommend this place to stay.

A great little apartment with wonderful views!

We had a wonderful time at this great apartment in Alicante in October, initially two of us and then three with our son, but it never felt crowded. It's about 10/15 minutes walk from the old town (where there are plenty of restaurants, markets, shopping and cultural highlights) and only 5 minutes from the beach and promenade - so ideally placed. The sea was warm enough to swim in too! The apartment is in a local building and is very well equipped (towels and sheets and great wi-fi too), plus everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal if you don't feel like venturing out/have stocked up with wonderful produce from the supermarkets and market that are pretty close by. The highlight is the lounge (which also has a comfortable sofa bed), with the sun beaming in every day and with a great view across Postiguet beach. There is no a/c, but we slept with the main windows open all the time we were there and that was just fine (apart from the occasional mozzie!). Teresa is a really great host and a lovely person; very friendly and helpful, but she also leaves you to do whatever you want and isn't intrusive. But she is always a 'phone call or WhatsApp away if needed! Plenty to see and do in Alicante, which remains a truly Spanish city and there is also the metro that runs up the coast, if you want to venture further out and about. We had a great time and would really recommend this apartment. Greg, Carol & Barney.

Die Lage ist super mit dem Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Ansprechperson sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar.Leider ist der Inhalt der Wohnung ( inkl. Matratzen) ziemlich dürftig.

Einmalige Lage in Alicante

Insgesamt ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr zentral zur Altstadt ( 5 min zu Fuß) und zum Stadtstrand ( 2 min). Die Managerin Teresa ist sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben, z. B. der riesige Supermarkt Alcampo. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden ( Strandstühle, Hackenporsche, Waschmaschine), lediglich ein Backofen wäre wünschenswert. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen, hatten super Wetter, es war nicht überlaufen von Touristenmassen. Unbedingt anschauen/essen: große Markthalle/ Churros mit Schokoladendip.

Amazing location and views

Check in with Teresa worked perfectly and she then showed us around the apartment. The living room was bright and airy with amazing views. There was no air-conditioning however the sea breeze cooled the living room. The bedroom would benefit from air-conditioning.

Five-night stay

The apartment is in a very good location opposite Postiguet beach and close to restaurants and cafes. Teresa was a very helpful host and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

Hola, siento mucho que la estancia no haya sido de su agrado, pero tal y como les expliqué, si abren las ventanas del ventanal del salón y la galería de la cocina se crea una corriente muy fresca y agradable en toda la casa. De hecho prácticamente nadie se ha quejado de no disponer de aire acondicionado. Quizás les hubiera convenido mejor reservar en éste otra vivienda que gestiono en la misma calle, con aire acondicionado (pero sin vistas) https://www.vrbo.com/es-es/p8794605?adultsCount=2&arrival=2022-06-18&departure=2022-06-25&uni_id=4858062 Si me hubieran comentado algo durante su estancia, hubiera estado encantada de intentar resolver su malestar, así como cuando me llamaron porque la lavadora aparentemente no funcionaba y fui lo más rápidamente que pude para solucionarlo cuando al final se trataba de pulsar el botón correctamente, dejando la lavadora funcionando perfectamente. Muchas gracias de todas formas por haber dejado el apartamento tan limpio y recogido. Un saludo.

Prima locatie met uitzicht op het strand en vlakbij het oude centrum.

We waren met twee personen, voor vier personen lijkt het me wat krap. Verder prima locatie op 3e verdieping, bereikbaar met lift. Kacheltjes aanwezig voor de koudere winteravonden.

Wonderful apartment ~ Perfect location

We are just back from a 4 day stay in Alicante. The apartment was just perfect and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Teresa the owner who was really lovely and friendly met us there on arrival and gave us lots of information. She also sorted out our taxi back to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble. Also the communication before hand was excellent Would highly recommend this apartment as it also has the advantage of a perfect location. Thanks for making our stay wonderful xx

Excellent and very convenient apartment.

The well equiped apartment is big enough for 2, though it would sleep 4. The views from the fourth floor window across Postiguet Beach are magnificent. Access is easy, the lift helps. It is nicely located with convenient shops within a 100 meters, and being only a few hundred meters from the lively Old Town, with its many restaurants and bars. The one thing that would of helped in the hot (32 degrees) weather would have been air-con. But Leaving the windows open allowed the cool sea breeze to flow through the apartment. Our host Teresa, who spoke good English, was very helpful with all our requests. and always communicated clearly and promptly. She accomocated us with our unusual arrival and departure times. We loved Alicante as a city/beach holiay and would return to the city and to this apartment. Ian Jenkin
