Kitchen fully equipped. The space was more than adequate. The only thing a bit unique was the location of the bathroom directly between the dining area and the second bedroom - had to go through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. Posed a bit of an inconvenience in the am. Not a hardship, but with two couples sharing the apartment, had to plan morning showers. There were 2 separate outdoor spaces which were great. The bedrooms had lots of space and closet room. And the furnishings were in excellent condition.

First time in Maine, however it’s been on our bucket list for many years. From the moment we walked through the door we fell in love. This quintessential New England cottage, apartment had everything. The kitchen was well appointed, all rooms were decorated to perfection and the entire cottage was very clean. Everything was fresh and clean! We had lovely weather; breezy and cool, it was nice to be able to leave the windows open and enjoy clean, fresh air. We enjoyed hiking, running and shopping all nearby. We definitely plan on returning to this beautiful, serene place!!

Second Time Stay

We love Kristen’s place. The apartment is well designed, clean and located exactly in the right spot for our needs. My partner was able to golf both days at the course across the street. I visited the beach one day and booked a yoga class in town the next. Close to everything yet quiet. The property is lovely and Kristen’s dining recommendation was spot on. It’s a little gem in Kennebunkport.

Great apartment and wonderful location!

The apartment was VERY clean, organized and well appointed. Loved the two outdoor areas for our part of the home. The fresh flowers in the kitchen and bath were a lovely touch! Great location for exploring southern Maine. Easy access to Hwy 1 and the Maine tollway. We would stay here again.

Great Stay

The place was just perfect for our needs. We walked in to a clean, well maintained 2 br apartment and had a wonderful 5 night stay. Communication was clear, it was just as advertised and the location was unbeatable. We used the golf course a couple of days, went north to Portland, south to the shore and into Kennebunkport for shopping at nd restaurants. Thank you!

Great getaway!

This property was a great place to stay! It was quiet and comfortable. Kristen thought of so many details which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely consider this space again if we are in the Kennebunkport area.

Peaceful Stay

Kristen’s property was very well-appointed and wonderful for our family. Beds were comfortable and the AC units helped keep us cool at night. The outdoor space was lovely. While the location did not allow us to walk to downtown (no sidewalks), the drive was super quick. There were even snacks awaiting us on arrival! A lovely place to stay with children - we would happily return.

Another great stay!

2nd time at Kristen's apt. in Kennebunkport. Even better than the last time. Owners have continued to improve the property and we found the rental clean and well equipped. Excellent communication. Location can not be beat- close to everything and beautiful views of Cape Arundel Golf Club.

Great place to stay

The owner, Kristen, was nice and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay. The rental was clean and perfect for my friend and I. We had a wonderful stay at the rental property.

Mainestay

Nice property and quick response from owner on several questions. One drawback. It's described as an apartment but there is no family room, sitting room, living room...i.e. a room where you can relax and in a nice chair and watch TV or read a book or have a few cocktails. There are two bedrooms, a small kitchen and a bathroom. We could have been more discerning in looking at the pics and/or asking that question but that was the one disappointment. So it depends on what you are looking for, but while we enjoyed our stay we would not be likely to rent this property again.

Excellent Week In Kennebunkport

Great experience at this property traveling with my wife and 2 young children. Kristen's communication leading up to the trip was outstanding. Spotless on arrival, well stocked with many small details covered including a generous welcome basket. Apartment is off the back of a large residence with views of Cape Arundel golf course. Private deck and stone patio gave us our own area to sit and for the kids to play. Walkable to dock square or a 2 min drive. Easy access to other points of interest. Apartment layout is two large bedrooms off a large eat in kitchen/dining area. No dedicated living room, but bedrooms are large and each have a dedicated sitting area with chairs, table, and a TV. Window A/C units kept us cool during some 90+ degree days. Full size washer and dryer was appreciated traveling with little ones. Lone feedback is that the cookware could be upgraded as some meals were difficult to cook b/c of the lower quality pots and pans. Overall we loved it and wouldnt hesitate to make a return stay or recommend it to others.

A wonderful stay in Kennebunkport

If you are looking for a charming, spotless, lovely place to stay while visiting Kennebunkport, Maine, this is the place to be. A perfect location if you are a golfer, and an easy walk into town. The apartment was lovely, cozy and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out on the lawn and woods. A great spot.

Perfect in every way.

Everything was perfect....From the communication by the homeowner, to arriving at a very clean house that was filled with lots of amenities. We were wowed as soon as we stepped on property by the grounds and accommodations. A gracious gesture of fresh cut flowers were placed throughout the home, along with a yummy welcome basket. It was a great way to begin our vacation.
