-Roads were closed so couldn't access the property the first night-Arrived to no heat. Maintenance came and couldn't fix. -Only 5 minutes of hot water for shower for whole family-Cleaning crew arrived before we'd had a chance to check out-1,000 overall for a horrible Christmas experience

Terrible customer service

We couldn’t get the heater to turn on. I reported the problem to Vacasa, they said someone would contact me, but after HOURS of hearing nothing, I finally reached back out and was told it was too late to send someone out. I will NEVER rent a condo from managed by Vacasa again. Also, this particular unit is right on the street, so parking is quite a distance and you have to walk through a locked pool area to get to and from the condo. Very inconvenient. Finally, the linens were clean, but very old. One of the quilts had a patch made out of tape covering a hole. Not very hospitable.

Cozy little unit

Cozy unit, great home base for daily adventures in the nature.Be aware this unit is not adjacent to any parking, so it is a bit of a "to do" getting loaded and unloaded. Probably not an issue in good weather given the 15 minute parking nearby, but the snow can block their recommended path, making accessibility an issue especially at check in.

Fine place to stay

Overall good location for shuttle to Eagle. Unit is right on Meridian and can get loud with plows and chains on buses. Cozy spot and got the job done for our small family.

Great location, bad air circulation

Nice, cozy condo, comfortable bed. Extra sink behind the bedroom door was convenient. The oven was broken and the bathroom door stuck, and made a loud noise when using the bathroom at night. We checked in Sunday night, reported both problems Tuesday morning, and neither had been fixed before we checked out Saturday morning. The air circulated between our condo and at least one other. We smelled cigarette smoke twice in the evening, and none of us smoked. We also heard a person coughing and coughing; two days after our return, one of our guests had a high fever and was diagnosed with pneumonia! We were careful to mask up inside, and ate outside on the mountain.

Cute and convenient!

Such a cute home for the weekend. We loved how close we were to the amenities in town and to the mountain. We will be sure to stay again whenever we are in Mammoth. Just Ok

The place was clean, comfortable, and suited our needs. Good central location. Overall, it’s pretty dated and nothing fancy but it works. Getting to the unit from the car was not super easy based on it’s location in the complex but that’s not a big deal. Biggest complaint would be the kitchen: the cookware was old and scratched and was actually dirty with caked on food when we arrived- they could definitely use new pans. Also the oven is in desperate need of a good cleaning and let out smoke every time it was used. I may be wrong but I get the feeling these short term rental properties are just cash cows for the owners; it’d be nice to see a little more investment.

Nice place.

Condo is on the street, which make it easy to load and unload your car. It is also a corner unit next to the pool and tennis area. Pool is nice and heated. Very clean. There are two bunk beds in a small room which would be good for kids. Bottom floor. The TV and audio systems are dated, but work fine. You can connect your own streaming device, via open HDMI ports. Good place to stay and would stay again.
