3902 Palm Blvd by AvantStay | Beach Access! Oceanfront Views w/ Pool

We're so glad this home made a beautiful backdrop for your family reunion. It's wonderful to hear the pool was a first for the group and such a hit, and that the well-kept pool, comfortable setup, and roomy side-by-side fridge made the week easier for a big family. We appreciate you flagging the grill situation and have passed it along to our team so it's ready for future guests; your idea for a game table in the pool room is a thoughtful one that we've shared as well. We hope to have the opportunity to host your family again.

Thank you, Mike! We’re so glad the house was a perfect fit for your family. We’d love to host you all again in the future!

This home is unique in that it is only offered as a family vacation rental four months a year. The remainder of the year, it is used exclusively by the homeowner. They are constantly making improvements to the property such as the recent upgrades to the living the area. What makes this home so special is that it was not designed to squeeze the most bedrooms possible into the property. The entrance to the home is truly grand with a beautiful open staircase and a barrel ceiling two stories high. The master bedroom features two master bathrooms (his and her). The also features a terrific billiards room. This is a classic traditional home, which is a novelty now on the island. We apologize that you discovered gaps in the preparation of the home prior to your arrival. Your observation was very helpful, which was shared with the young ladies that clean this home week in and week out. We believe they love this home as much as the property owners. They are always looking for feedback. In addition, we appreciate your suggestion regarding games. Where this home has a formal billiards room and a private pool for recreation, we understand that billiards a swimming might not be for everyone for recreation. The Beachside Team is available 24/7 for any guest or property owner that has a concern by dialing our office number and pressing 1 from the front office. A real person is available 24/7 to speak with, by pressing 1 when given the option. Thank you again for sharing with us your thoughts and concerns. We really appreciate your patience and understanding during your stay. We hope that despite your disappointment you were able to enjoy the wide sandy beach, the Wild Dunes amenities and Charleston during your stay.
