BeachCrest 101 is a beautifully updated Gulf-front condo on the ground floor - Perfect for a relaxing 30A vacation. A unique opportunity for direct access out your patio gate to the beach, pool and grilling (no need for elevators). Loading and unloading is always easy from the parking lot or the beach! 101 is coastal chic with soft grays and calming pops of blue. Enjoy pool views from the kitchen, dining and main living area plus the master bedroom. Both bathrooms have been renovated in December 2024. BeachCrest 101 offers the best of both worlds -- pool days and beach days. Walk out the back patio and you're at the pool. Easily head back to your unit for snacks or bathroom breaks. At the end of the pool patio is the access to the beach. You'll have your toes in the sand before you know it. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and patio access. Private bathroom with beautifully updated shower & tile floor. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with updated tub/shower combo. Sofa in living room pulls out to a queen bed. Great location

Overall great location and the property manager responds really quickly. Property needs a little updating especially with plumbing. Both bathrooms have drains that are blocked so water takes too long to go down we had to hand-pump it. No biggie, we still enjoyed and will come back!

Very good condo! Naturally a few things could be updated specifically the patio furniture and outdoor area in general. The beds were actually comfortable which was a huge benefit for us! The tv in the smaller bedroom is a bit dangerous because you can accidentally get caught on the cord, it would be easy to knock the tv of its mount, also if the light switch in the room isn’t turned a certain way the tv won’t turn on. Not really a complaint, but would be helpful if that were mentioned in instructions. The pool and property was great. Beach chair rentals directly in front of the condo. The beach access is steep stairs and the material gets extremely hot without shoes. Definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Vacation time

This whole facility seems to be old.. The location of this condo (room) is its saving grace. You walk right out to the pool area and then down the walkway to the beautiful beach. It’s small, especially the second bedroom with the bunk beds. The dresser for that room is in the closet. The bathrooms are also extremely small. I have a 6’3” son who had difficulty taking a shower because the ceiling was so low. Master bathroom tub has a soft spot on the bottom of the tub. Second bathroom tub had difficulty draining. Refrigerator and freezer smelled of fish. Kitchen was well stocked and the communication with property manager was fine and minimal. Check-in was super easy. Our feet and my granddaughters pajama footies were black from the floor. We kept socks or flip flops on inside because of this and the grittiness of the floor from the sand. There is no rug inside to help with the sand. This condo gave me camp vibes.
