Thank you for staying with us, and I'm glad the trip with your friends was a fun one. You're right to call out the living room furniture and the bathroom door. Stained, rough upholstery and a chair that gives out underneath you are not the condition we want anyone to find, and I'm sorry that was part of your stay. I've passed your notes directly to our team so the furniture can be evaluated for repair or replacement and the door can be repainted. I appreciate you being specific about what you saw. However, we are disappointed to learn about the concerns regarding cleanliness, as no issues were reported to us during your visit. In fact, our records show that you sent us a message after checking in, stating everything was well, except for the pool being out of service. We would have gladly addressed any cleanliness concerns had we been informed at the time. Regarding the pool, we apologize for the inconvenience. The pool and its maintenance are handled by the HOA, and we were not informed it would be unavailable for a few days prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, we do not have control over such matters.
