Hi there, thanks for staying with us at this property. We also thank you for providing us with this feedback. Your comments have been taken into account and we will be making the necessary checks and changes to ensure a better beach vacation experience for all moving forward. We truly apologize for the inconvenience these issues caused during your stay. Please note however that had you informed us during your stay of the need for utensils; we would have had someone from the team stop by to deliver them. In regards to the WiFi, please note that although most of our properties have internet access, the connection is not guaranteed as it is being provided by a third-party company. In the event guests have issues with the internet, we can only try to troubleshoot from our end, and if that does not work; we always try reaching out to the relevant company. However, due to them being an outside vendor, we have no control over their work schedule. Thanks for bringing the issue of the rust to our attention, we have made the necessary replacement as such this should not be an issue for future stays.
