My family and I stayed here for 12 days - that would be me, my wife and our two young daughters - for a getaway from our awfully cold Canadian winter.
This property was absolutely perfect and we'll definitely be wanting to come back! Everything is as it looks in the pictures and as described. It is on a quiet beach near Haliewa, the sleepy surf town, on the North Shore. We woke up every morning to sleeping turtles on the beach, whales off in the distance spouting water, and huge crashing waves about 150 yards off the beach.
Despite those scenic waves, the water was calm and perfect for swimming, paddle boarding or snorkeling!
The house itself is gorgeous. The property is well maintained with all kinds of tropical flowers out front. The decor is clean and modern and the house is very well maintained. The master bedroom has a beautiful bed, a nice large TV and an en-suite bathroom with a perfect large tub. There's a large garage for whatever vehicle you are using.
The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil you could need, and there's a propane grill on the Lanai which made for some good eats during out stay.
The property manager met us on our arrival and showed us around, was very prompt in answering any questions we had and was very friendly.
It was a perfect base from which to explore Oahu. We were able to tour all of the North Shore beaches easily. But additionally we could easily get to any part of the island in 30-45 mins.
I recommend the puff pastries from Paalaa Kai Bakery which is about a 5min drive away - delicious.
I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in paradise. I can't imagine a more perfect place to stay.
