Clean, comfortable apartment close to everything!

Apartment was very clean and very comfortable. It is within easy walking distance to all the major tourist attractions in Sevilla. A/C works wonderfully. Victoria checked to see if I needed anything and was very helpful was very. Highly recommend!! AAA+++

We loved this place

We stayed in this lovely, light and bright apartment for the month of January. It is located in the old Jewish Quarter, Barrio Santa Cruz and is a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. It is close to grocery stores and great restaurants. It is tastefully decorated in a South Pacific style. It had everything we needed to be comfortable - well stocked kitchen, an oven, a clothes washer and great sunny roof terrace to dry the clothes, comfortable bed, good heating system for those few cold nights. The owner, M Victoria Camazon, was fantastic. She replied promptly to all our questions, continued to check with us to make sure everything was working properly, and was helpful with suggestions about Sevilla. We wished we could have stayed longer and want to return someday.

Cozy apartment in Sevilla

We stayed in this lovely apartment for one week and really enjoyed it as our home. It was very well organized and has all the amenities you would need while travelling. We cooked many meals, could do laundry and had AC available in all rooms. The location was wonderful - we could walk almost everywhere we visited in the city and there is a bus stop very close to the apartment that we used when arriving from the train station and leaving from the bus station. Our host was very kind and helpful and met us at the apartment for check in. She made it clear that she was available if we needed anything during our stay but the apartment was so well prepared that we were fine throughout the week. Do not hesitate to book this rental as it was so clean, comfortable, quiet and very well located for sightseeing in Sevilla. Also Sevilla is a beautiful city with so many parks and beautiful flowers. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this wonderful city.

Super gezellig plekje in Sevilla

Fleurig ,keurig ,schoon verblijf super centraal gelegen. Compleet qua inventaris. Contact met verhuurder kon niet beter. Snel met antwoorden en zaken regelen. Wij hebben genoten, jammer dat wij de Feria niet hebben meegemaakt!

Un appartamento gioiello!

Appartamento super attrezzato ed in una posizione ottimale che ti permette di raggiungere a piedi, in poco tempo, la quasi totalità delle attrazioni di Siviglia oltre a supermercati, farmacie o alimentari altrettanto vicini. La zona in cui è situato è molto tranquilla anche la sera pur essendo vicinissimo alle strade principali dove si possono trovare numerosi ristoranti e bar, tutti da provare! L'appartamento è ben strutturato e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. La proprietaria Victoria, inoltre, è disponibilissima e molto gentile, la sua accoglienza ci ha fatto iniziare la vacanza con il sorriso!

Convenient in Jewish quarter near to Alcazar & cathedral

Compact flat on second floor (no lift). Calle Verde is behind the Hotel Juderi and off the Av. de Menendez Pelayo with shops and places to eat. Walking distance to Prado de San Sebastian for the airport bus (every 20 minutes) and Santa-Justa station (provided you don't get lost!). The flat is quiet as all the windows look out onto internal courtyards. Heating / air con units in the bedrooms and main room. Compact well equiped kitchen with kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc (but no tin opener or bread knife). Excellent wi-fi. Victoria was helpful and responded promptly.

Para dos personas el apartamento es perfecto. Tranquilo, limpio, situado en un lugar no totalmente turístico pero sin embargo cerca de las atracciones turísticas. Para cuatro personas sería demasiado pequeño. Para nosotros dos han sido dos semanas muy agradables. La dueña es muy simpática.

Apartamento muy recomendable. Un 10. Amabilidad de los propietarios, equipamiento (no falta de nada), situación excelente, tranquilidad. El hecho que no tenga ascensor no es inconveniente, las escaleras son muy cómodas.

Excellent location and friendly host!

My husband and I spent six weeks at this apartment. Victoria was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The apartment is small, but it was recently renovated (everything is brand new!) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Seville. The location was perfect for us and very quiet! We loved staying in the Jewish quarter, and spent many wonderful hours exploring the area and visiting the Maria Luisa Park. The kitchen is well equipped, the wifi access was good, and we had plenty of clean sheets and towels. Thank you, Victoria, for welcoming us into your home. We would definitely stay in this apartment again!

Un mois magnifique

J'ai passé un mois à Séville avec ma famille dans l'appartement réf. 188 73 94, que nous avons loué à Mme Victoria Camazon. Il est parfaitement situé dans la Santa Cruz à courte distance de tous les cites intéressants. L'emplacement est très calme et dans le cœur de la vieille ville. Très beau!!! Beaucoup de commerces à proximité. L'appartement entièrement remis à neufs est très confortable, coquet et la cuisine est très bien équipée.L'accueille de Mme Victoria Camazon Carballo fut très chaleureux et amical. Elle nous a mis à l'aise tout de suite, et nous a donné toutes les information nécessaires et utiles pour que notre séjour soit des plus agréable. Elle nous a trouvé aussi une place de parking. C'est vrai que la ville est très belle, mais la qualité de logement et de l'accueil est très important aussi. Grand merci à Victoria et à l'année prochaine!

Superbe appartement très fonctionnel à Séville

Je recommande chaudement cet appartement qui est très fonctionnel et parfaitement situé pour visiter Séville.
