Awesome little apartment, clean and tidy inside. Town parking is tricky and there is no designated parking but we managed it well. There were some odd construction bits in the loft above the kitchen and the carpeted stairs and entry are very dingy, but otherwise the place was comfortable and lovely. Can't beat the location.

good location if you want to be right in town. clean, bed was comfortable. shower was kind of strange. it could use a luggage rack.

Perfectly adequate sums it up

Pros: The location. It's close to all the restaurants & shops although I would argue that most of the main town is.The bed. The apartment is very comfortable for two people. The bed in the bedroom was so comfy we are buying the same mattress. Saatva Classic Luxury Firm mattress. The Neighbor(s). The gentleman who works at the barbershop was really lovely. Considerations:Coffee. There is a keurig and french press but no k-cups or kettle. They ended up leaving a few for us but it wasn't enough so we had to track some down. We could use a pot but didn't want to risk making a mess or burning ourselves. Rumors Coffee & bookstore are very closeby which is a major pro. PARKING! There is no designated parking. Parking some days was an issue. I spoke with CB's parking and they said the lots were not 24hr. But when we could find it, town hall had some. They were full most daytimes. They also told us that all legal apartments had to have parking or a requested pass. We were provided with neither. No extra linens. They ended up bringing us one dish towel to go with our other one dish towel but that was it. 4 towels which was fine and no extra bed linens. Don't get sick.Communication was adequate. I felt a bit like I was bugging her but maybe that was just me. Nothing was overly accommodating, but adequate.Overall, my husband and I would stay here again by ourselves and only in the summer where parking is a little less of an issue.

Hiking in Colorado

Great stop on our hiking tour. Place was well furnished with updated appliances! Location was perfect only a few steps from Elk Ave! A home away from home!

The property itself was superb! Very spacious and comfy. Bed was very comfortable. The only complaint is that the town needs to address the parking situation for overnight stayers. There is no overnight parking in public parking lots. And during the day, parking on streets is 2 hours max. Luckily, the host was able to find us private parking for the duration of our stay. We would stay there again in a heartbeat, as long as we have guaranteed overnight parking and where we don’t have to keep moving our car.

Cool, convenient spot in Crested Butte

My wife and I stayed in this property for 3 nights over Christmas. This has to be the most convenient location in CB! It’s a 2-3 minute walk to the bus to take you up to the base area to ski. Walk the other way on Elk Ave. and you have every restaurant and shop in CB within a 5 minute walk. The unit itself is nice and comfortable and had everything we needed. Beth was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall a great stay

The setup of the unit was very good and the location is superior! It was not difficult to find parking on the street. There were a couple of maintenance items which should be addressed. The lights were nonfunctional in the kitchen area including even the down lights on the microwave. Also the cover was missing from the thermostat which made it difficult to know how to set the temperature. Finally there was a chair in the living room with a very wobbly loose leg…an accident waiting to happen. The only other strange thing was the business unit next door who had a large group for what sounded like a drum circle..,only an hour, but interesting…. Also the listing should mention its in a commercial building (barber shop, real estate office and massage/ wellness practice)

Walkable and spacious

This property is amazing. Walkable to anything in CB and at minimum a 10 minute drive to beautiful wildflowers hikes. If we come back I’d absolutely stay here again. You’ll be happy you booked this place! We also loved the windows opening during the evening for cool nights and breezes coming in.

Wildflowers/Hiking

We enjoyed our stay here. Apartment location was an easy walk to downtown and to hiking paths. Apartment kitchen well equipped, clean and in good condition. Had questions for property owner and she responded in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay if we return to Crested Butte again!
