Reviewer Comments: Experience was great, this is a very family friendly place with lots of kids so you need to be prepared for that as the balcony is directly over the pool. The views of the beach were awesome and we found it very easy to relax. Parking is covered, excellent unexpected benefit and the room is directly off the elevator another excellent benefit. **Note - traffic right now is tough because of a new bridge being built so just budget extra time and keep all trips to the island!**

Great vacation spot!

This condo is in a great location on the beach within walking distance to several restaurants! We really appreciated that this rental included a beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs that were set up each morning on the beach for us! What more could you want!!

Great property, easy beach access, amazing views!

I can’t rave enough about this property and this location, Fort Walton Beach sand is like sugar, clean, silky, smooth, and the beaches were not crowded at all. The condo was clean, roomie, and had everything we needed, including great views of the ocean. Would stay here again 100%

Great week in Ft. Walton

Property was really well maintained. Condo was as advertised with everything needed to cook with. Great view right above the pool on 4th floor. Reliable washer and dryer in the unit. So nice to have beach chairs and umbrella included with rental. Convenient location right down the street from restaurants and Tom Thumb. Covered parking was included with #408. Excellent communication with manager and maintenance. Would stay here again for sure. Ft. Walton in the middle of a large road construction project it is hectic trying to get around and through the one major intersection.

Family vacation

This place is awesome. Great views, great access to the beach and pool. The condo was comfortable, had a ton of cookware, along with a washer and dryer. It’s a little bit of a walk to the nearest restaurants but other then that I would definitely recommend.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Although we weren’t able to use the balcony during our stay due to construction, we still enjoyed the view. Overall, we had a great time at this rental and would definitely book here again!

Best trip ever!!!

This was the perfect condo!! We could not have asked for better. The pool and hot tub were perfect!! Everything was clean and it was close to several good restaurants. There are plenty of things to do in the area. It was the most clear water we have ever seen. We will be back!!!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Views of beach from the balcony were amazing and only 1 mile walk on beach to the pier. The bunk beds in the hall were perfect for our family and the king size bed was super comfy. The condo should be listed as 1 and a half bathrooms due to only having one tub/shower. The beach chairs and umbrella service was a nice bonus.

Wonderful!

We loved this condo! You can’t beat the view. Parking was easy and close. The location was perfect and having beach chair service made it even easier to enjoy the sand and waves. Our only complaint was the WIFI connection is slow. I would rent again for sure.
