Ideal location!!

The property is clean, spacious, comfortable and has excellent lighting and the most fantastic view. Proximity to beach and restaurants makes it ideal for a vacation stay. The service from 30a beach girls was amazing, simple and their bonfire was out of this world!

30a Beach Girls is the bomb!

Perfect location and great condo! We had a great trip, loved the condo (especially the balcony) and they left us cute welcome bags. Communication with Laura and Hollie was very simple. Great stay in an awesome location!

Condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen needed a wine opener 30a beach girls had one to us in 30 minutes. Bonfire night was very fun. Would stay here again for the views and bonfire.

Great Stay

Great Location, very good security (24/7 guard), beautiful unit with beautiful views. The pool, beachfront restaurant, and umbrella service on the beach were great. Host was very responsive and communicative. Unit was stocked with all essentials.

LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Beautiful spacious condo with spectacular views of the ocean

Beautiful spacious condo with spectacular views of the ocean. Had a great time at this property - the location, views, amenities were excellent. 30a beach girls were responsive and attentive, it was a blast exploring the property and of course cruising the area on the bikes, thank you Hollie for getting us electric ones!! It was a great property clean comfortable and a very pleasant relaxing stay. We would love to go back!

Beautifully renovated condo with spectacular view!

We loved our stay at the Flamingo Hideaway! The condo is newly renovated with very cute, updated decor. The balcony view is outstanding, and the location is just steps from the beach, the large pool, and the town of Rosemary. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property!

Beautifully decorated beach condo with ocean view !

High Point is one of the finest locations on 30a. Close to Rosemary elegance, awesome beach , and of course Crabby Steve's beach bar in the center . 30A Beach Girls ensured we had exceptional service and support for anything we needed while staying at this beautiful condo with a beach view and patio .

Perfect place to get away!

Property was exactly as listed. Great pool, beach and Crabby Steve’s right there. The condo has an awesome view and is in like new condition. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The complex is extremely well maintained and peaceful. We will be back!

Hated to pack and leave

My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. It was quiet and relaxing. Loved the outside patio. Great place to relax with a book and glass of wine. And pretty view. The bed was comfy cozy! Thank you for the bonfire night, we loved it. So relaxing and peaceful. Hollie and Joy communicated very well. We will definitely be back again!

Beautiful view!

We loved the view from this residence. The layout is perfect with the master and entire living space facing the gulf. The condo's large glass doors and windows have nothing to obstruct the ocean scenery. We received prompt service when contacting Paul. Hoping to go back soon!

Amazing

This visit was amazing. First time to Rosemary Beach and we were very impressed. The downtown area was a great stroll with many restaurants and a fun market on Sunday. Definitely worth a drive down 30A to see all the different communities/beaches. As for the unit - it was perfect - beautiful ocean views and sounds of the waves, immaculate and well stocked. Easy check-in and attentive hosts. Everything went great - would highly recommend!

30a beach girls condo

Beautiful views and comfortable home! This was a wonderful spot for my daughters and I to stay! Beach is a 2 min walk, views of the ocean as you wake up to the morning sun were gorgeous, plenty of space, beds comfortable, had all the utensils (cups, pans and cookware) we needed, the free bonfire was the best time. We played corn hole sadly first time ever and ate so many gooey s'mores. We will be back.

Not Honest Listing

The entire place was under construction and not disclosed until the day of arrival. Constant noise, odors, and water coming in from under the door and windows. It will be very nice once complete, but should not have been listed as it was - didn’t feel like a vacation.

Beautiful Ocean view

We really enjoyed waking up to sit on the balcony with our coffee and watching the waves. Great sunsets too. Easy walking to the nearby small town center with some shops and several great restaurants. Played tennis on their clay tennis courts which were in pretty good shape. The property manager was great and brought us over some tennis balls he had rather than having us go into town to purchase some. We rented bikes from the town center. Overall great!

Thrilled with the Location and Sunset Views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location, spending many delightful evenings on the deck with breathtaking ocean views and sunsets. All beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the condo was perfectly supplied, though having some spices for cooking would have been a nice addition. Thanks for providing us with a highly enjoyable place to stay. The customer service at 30A Beach Girls is top-notch—informative and helpful. We especially loved the inclusion of a bonfire night, even if it wasn't right on the beach out front. It was a fun and memorable night, easily walkable down the beach. Can't wait to rebook and experience it all over again!
