I wish we had known the pool had no shallow end. The bottom step was as far as our 4 year olds could go and the rest of the pool quickly dropped to 5-7 feet deep. The other end step dropped to at least 5 feet. So, only one of the 5 kids could swim good enough to enjoy it. We now know to get more information on the pool. We have been renting houses at HHI and Florida for over 30 years (and keep needing bigger ones because of our growing family ) and this is our first time with this issue. Not only limited pool time, but for us was a safety issue with the entire pool being so deep. All the positive aspects of the house and location, I agree with! The bikes came in handy and the extra beach towels too.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're happy to hear you appreciated the home's location, bike credit and beach towels. We're sorry the pool depth wasn't quite what you had hoped for during your family vacation. For future guests, the pool ranges from approximately 3 to 7 feet deep. We certainly understand that pool preferences can vary, especially when traveling with little ones, and our team is always happy to answer questions about specific property features to help guests find the best fit for their family. We hope you enjoyed your time on Hilton Head Island!

7 Painted bunting, Sea Pines, Hilton Head, SC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a very good experience, BUT this home needs to greatly improve its WIFI system. It can not handle the wifi demand of many adults with all of their phones, computers and tv streaming. This is something that our extended family has grown to expect. The home needs to be tested with eight adults and the demand of multiple phones, etc.

Annual Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was fabulous - the owners have done a fantastic job of providing for guest's comfort. The kids loved the pool and we liked the outside shower for removing sand (not sure if it was hot water also- we never got anything other than cold.) Kitchen was large and much appreciated as we cook at home most nights. 2 observations - not a single baking sheet in the kitchen (we went to Walmart) and the dishwasher is well used and dishes were not always super clean. The beach is close to the end of the island (cargo ships etc) and the water had a brownish tinge on a few days) - there is a strong current when the tide is high. Overall, it was a wonderful place to rent. The entire experience from booking to checkout was seamless/

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect home for a family vacation. My only suggestion is to have filtered water to allow for refilling of water bottles and to get rid of plastic waste. The clean garbage area with new cans and a recycle bin was very nice.

Great Spot in HH Island!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our recent stay at this property in Hilton Head, SC, was nothing short of perfect. The location is absolutely amazing, providing easy access to everything we needed, yet tucked away enough to offer a serene and peaceful environment. The interior of the home is both beautiful and immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The space comfortably accommodated our group of 12, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their time. The layout and amenities were so well-designed that we found ourselves with no real reason to leave the property. Whether we were cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, lounging by the pool, or enjoying the spacious common areas, we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. We were so impressed with our stay that we're already looking to book this residence again for next year. It's rare to find a place that meets every expectation, but this property truly exceeded them all. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and hassle-free getaway!

Amazing Home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this home! We had a group of 10 people and everyone had ample space to cook, eat and hang out together but also plenty of bedrooms. The kids (and adults) had a great time in the pool, riding bikes and watching the outdoor TV. The house is less than a 5 minute walk to the beautiful quiet beach. Located about 1/2 mile walk (or bike ride) to the Salty Dog. The house was clean and beautiful! The manager left us clear instructions (everything we needed to know!) and was super responsive when we couldn't locate a remote control for one of the TVs. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to return again!

Exceptional Property

This home is beautiful. Clean, well located and well Decorated. Great communication w Coastal in the rental. Two areas of Opportunity especially for the price. 1. The pool was very dirty when we arrived. Called for service and they came Promptly but wasn’t clean and clear again until the day before departure. We could swim in it but ewww. For this price no excuses. Second, we should be able to leave keys in home on departure. Tracking down Your rental Office is annoying. Again for this price should Be convenient to us not you. Overall tho wonderful rental.
