It was a great property in the kitchen was well stocked great news from both the bedroom and family room. It’s very clean took around the unit to ground floor unit so you can walk out on the patio to ground level and there’s a table out there to have breakfast on right next to them some lounge chairs on the grass with the beach right in front of it

We loved our stay with the oceanfront location on Kaanapali Beach! With views of the ocean, surrounding islands, breaching whales, and stunning sunsets right from the lanai and living room. The ground floor access made going to the beach, pool, and parking lot easy.The condo was spotless, updated, with a comfy king bed, well-equipped kitchen, and thoughtful extras like beach chairs/towels. Communication with the Host was outstanding, as they were responsive and helpful from start to finish.

Lovely spot

This is such a wonderful location! Love how private the condo lanai feels even though it is only steps to the Beachboard walk! Condo is not only beautiful but is also completely stocked with anything you may need!

Great location and spectacular view!

This condo is perfect for 2-3 people and was very clean. The grounds of the property was very well maintained and the pool and spa were spotless (and always the right temperature). The location was ideal and the views spectacular.

This condo is even better than depicted in the photos! This is a beautifully maintained unit that demonstrates pride of ownership throughout. It is immaculate with a well appointed kitchen and quality bathroom amenities. We really appreciated the convenient ground floor access and the views from within and on the lanai are outstanding. This was perhaps the nicest condo we have ever rented. And the location is excellent, with direct access to the Kaanapali boardwalk and numerous restaurant options close by.

Perfect stay.

For our first visit to Hawaii we could not ask for a better place to stay. Location was as good as you could ask for. The condo had all the amenities we needed and then some. We will be staying here again in the future.

The condo is clean, the view is beautiful of the ocean. And we love the covered patio. We came to rest and be out on that patio and listen to the ocean. But there seem to be constant maintenance issues in and around our place. This made it so we couldn't eat breakfast out on the patio or lunch out on the patio because of the workmen there. We really wanted our privacy. There was a water issue and we appreciated how fast they were at fixing the issue and there's nothing that they could do about that. But the other maintenance out and around us was a nuisance where we couldn't enjoy, just resting and being at peace. It's such a lovely place to come. We stayed at the unit 118 several years ago and it was just wonderful with no noise or maintenance issues. We were hoping for another situation like that.

Aloha and mahalo for your review. There is a need for minor construction and maintenance at the property so that we can keep the building in top shape. According to the records, there was no maintenance in the area during your time period, however we do note that you were at The Mahana on a Wednesday which is a day that the grass is mowed. This maintenance takes about an hour and is done with all very quiet battery operated machinery, This is done early so not to intrude on your privacy or enjoyment. By staying in a ground floor unit, you are more likely to see walkers strolling by on their morning walks or setting up lawn chairs for an enjoyable day in the sun and enjoying the surf. We do hope you were there when the turtles come up on the beach to sun almost every afternoon along with the occasional Monk Seal. We had the most awesome vacation in this condo. The Mahana is the perfect location to see and do all you want to on the beautiful island of Maui. The property manager was great to work with. We will be coming back and hopefully this beautiful unit will be available.

Sunsets

This place was perfect in many ways. Every night we watched the sunset. Snorkeling was excellent and even swam with turtles. Food trucks are a short walk away as well as some good restaurants. It was quiet and we really felt comfortable and relaxed!

Overall experience

Alicia was a great help, very quick to respond, we truly felt she wanted us to have the best experience and was eager to assist. Property was just as stated, beautiful, well furnished. Thanks for everything and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Very nice ground floor unit. Very clean, comfortable bed, easy access to everything being on the ground floor. Stellar views and very comfortable. :)

Wonderful Christmas stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at our oceanfront Maui condo! Everything was very organized along with a very easy check in. We couldn’t get enough of the view! We felt very lucky to wake up on Christmas morning to the unobstructed ocean view with so many whale sightings! We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property!

Ben & Evie Leland live on island, retired and enjoy giving back to their community. They are proud owners of 2 condos at The Mahana. They were both in construction for over 30 years, have 5 children and 13 grandchildren. Alicia with Visit Maui Beach, is their booking and management agent, lives in Seattle Washington and has 5 children. We love our small family run business, our properties are amazing, very well kept and we offer over the top customer service.

Our unit 114 is not only gorgeous, but also it is literally steps from the beach! We have a fabulous team set up in the event the condo should need any attention during your stay. We offer fabulous customer service and love what we do! The Mahana is really a hidden oasis, you will so happy here!

Heaven sent sunsets every night and the Mahana sits so close to the ocean, you fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves. I heart Maui!
