My family enjoyed this place for our home base in San Diego. We liked the rooftop views and getting the ocean breeze. The pizza spot close to the rental was amazingly good! The beach and coffee stand are only a couple blocks away. We got a small car so that we could park it in the garage but it is impossible to get into so we had to park in the street. Beware of the street sweeping- we got a ticket because we didn’t see the sign. Would be nice to have AC in the master room but it was ok since we were out during the day. My older son complained that the loft needed shades because the street lights are bright and pointed towards there.

We had a wonderful time spending Mother's Day at Ocean Beach. This property was perfectly located, only two blocks from the beach, we could walk there in 3 minutes and there was several amazing little coffee shops within 3-5 min walking, and 10-15 min walking to a row of delicious restaurants. Booking, checking-in, and communication with the host was very easy! Everything was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with any items needed for cooking, the beds were very comfortable. Having a garage was very convenient when street parking wasn't available. There are quite a bit of stairs but the rooftop terrace is worth it with a wonderful view of palm trees and you can see the ocean. The bottom floor has its own little suite which was perfect for us. They even had boogie boards available to use at the beach. I highly recommend this property if staying in San Diego/Ocean Beach.

The location was great and we loved the rooftop patio. The downstairs bedroom with the futon had no bedding whatsoever. Most of the furniture was damaged and worn. The place could definitely use a deep clean. There was nowhere to eat and very limited seating. The a/c spit out black stuff

We are Pedro, Natalie and our two great kids. We're a local San Diego family, a local designer & developer and realtor who along with some friends had a crazy dream of building three prefab homes on the beach to visit with our family from time to time. These three beach houses, built by local San Diego families, are our slice of heaven and proudest achievement. The portuguese cobblestone, an homage to the Copacabana boardwalk is a nod to my Brazilian heritage. We love sharing our homes with the world and our kids love sleeping in the lofts and hanging out on the beach for days on end. We're often staying in one of the homes with our families, our parents, our kids or some friends and would love to meet like-minded vacationers with a love for the beach, fresh air and good times!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Built, designed, and managed by local San Diegan families, the space reflects their love for and investment in the delightful and quirky Ocean Beach community. It is intended to offer individuals, couples, friends, or families a retreat to one of the last true beach towns in Southern California. Inside, the home is bright, modern, clean, and professionally decorated and furnished. It can sleep 8 people. The first bedroom offers a queen sofa bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and full bathroom. In the common space, there is a semi-private sleeping loft with a queen bed, and another full size sofa bed. The common space has a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and a half bathroom. The home features a large 600 sq ft rooftop deck with amazing ocean views, chairs, loungers, and a BBQ. You won't find anything like it in the area — dine, listen to the waves roll in, or watch an amazing West Coast sunset from your own private space.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Innovative vacation spaces abound in these beach homes. Carefully thought out to maximize efficiency, relax in comfort as you enjoy everything Ocean Beach has to offer from the world-class beach to the jaw dropping views at Sunset Cliffs. The rooftop deck offers an unparalleled area to look out at the Pacific with nearly 180 degrees of water views.
