Perfect for a small family ski-cation or a romantic getaway for two, this condo features a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table with seating for four, ready for home-cooked meals and family game nights.

What's nearby:
For winter travelers, this condo is within walking distance of the Breck gondola for easy access to the area's best downhill skiing and snowboarding. In warm weather, spend your days hiking, mountain biking, rafting, fly fishing on one of Colorado's crystal clear rivers, and much more. You'll be located downtown making it easy to walk to dining, shopping, and the free bus stop, which will take you all over Summit County.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location

Photos were pretty accurate. A nice thing is there is a large TV and both the living room and the bedroom. Access to the gondola is a block away. The unit was clean and perfect for two people.

Great Location

The location is fantastic. The only complaints would be it can be a little loud with people above and beside you. Not terribly loud but noticeable.

Cozy apartment

Location was perfect for walking to Main Street and other places. The bed is definitely not a king size, but was comfortable.

The property manager could have left a parking pass in the room so we didn’t have to make a trip across town to get it. Thankfully parking was plentiful and we didn’t lose a spot. The second bed was usable but absolutely needs updating. The frame was bent. Only a child light enough could not complain plus there was inadequate bedding for the second bed. Large hole and didn’t look clean. Otherwise, the price, entertainment, and location were great!

Disappointed in this place

Upon arrival the lock would not lock. My son thought the latch would work from the inside. He put his ski boots in the inside of the door just in case someone could open it from the outside. We are not sure if someone knew that the latch was not working because in the morning the door was open and his wallet was stolen. We called the management company to complain and they told us that we could ski and not to worry, someone would be there, but that meant we had to put all of our bags in the car so nothing else would be stolen. We did make a police report. Someone finally arrive in the afternoon and he had to leave to buy new parts for the latch. There was no internet either and when we asked about it, we were told they would fix it but it was never fixed. After being out all day, it would have been nice to be able to watch tv or at least catch up on emails but we were not able to. They never did come and fix it. The latch was fixed so we were able to leave that night without having to put all our bags away. The location was great, walking distance into town and the gondola. If everything is fixed I would go back but not until then. For what we paid, I would have thought someone would have checked that the door locks and that there was internet and everything was in working order. It made for a stressful weekend.

We expected a very old, dated, small condo. Upon entering it was fine. However, we quickly discovered a lot of insufficiencies. The owner did contact us to see if he should send cleaners in, we declined as we would only be there one more night. He also said he was embarrassed by all the items we mentioned and would see what he could do for us. After we checked out, we contacted him again, but he never responded.

Good location but need a good tlc

The condo is located in a convenient area, near gondola and only few steps from main street. In any case, it needs a good TLC, the furniture and decoration are outdated and doesn't make pleasant to stay in a place like this

The unit definitely needs a TLC, the furniture is old and uncomfortable. They definitely need to update the unit to make any stay enjoyable. Location is really good with access to main street and restaurants, easy parking

Old building, badly equipped.

The building is under construction. The stairwell is rickety and dangerous. You will have to lug your stuff up two flights of stairs around the back of the building from the lot. The apartment smells old--had to go buy candles and air fresheners. Blinds were filthy. Very small. 2 people max will fit. Kitchen is updated but insanely tiny without basic cooking utensils/equipment--had to buy a colander, peeler, baking pan, etc. Pull out was dirty and uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny. The TV never worked during our 6 night stay and no one would fix it. You can hear a lot of noise from above. Only good thing was the view from the outdoor hall and location to main street.

The building is not under construction, but the stairwell has been addressed by the HOA. The satellite service issue has been repaired, and housekeeping has had follow-up training to ensure they are meeting our cleanliness standards. We hope to have another chance to host you!

Location is perfect!

Would have given it 5 stars (especially for the awesome price) but the construction was frustrating. We were not notified of this so it was disappointing to show up and see it tore apart, than couldn’t figure out how to get in as there are no signs to lead the way and the convenience of the front steps to town was closed but other than that, perfect spot for a quick get away for the weekend! Not really a hangout spot but awesome for those who don’t stay close to home much!
