Come stay at this beautiful vacation rental property on South Padre Island, TX! This 3-bedroom/2.5 Bathroom townhome is the perfect island getaway! Perfectly located 1/2 a block from the beach and close to a lot of local restaurants and entertainment venues, you will have a great vacation at 109B E. Red Snapper.

The interior of this private vacation rental property is nicely decorated. The living room is spacious and offers guests plenty of lounging room to relax. Guests will love preparing meals in the kitchen which has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The living room entails a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping accommodations.

Guests will enjoy sitting in the backyard and enjoying the tropical island scenery. The beach is a 3-4 minute walk from the front door of the home, making it easy for guests to go back and forth throughout their stay! Book your vacation in this fantastic property on South Padre Island, TX today!

Every stay at 109B E. Red Snapper includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

Wonderful!

We stayed at the red snapper location and it was wonderful! The condo was very clean with all the essentials and very spacious for our party of 9. Location was what we loved the most only a short walk to the beach, to a fully stocked store and a short walk to restaurants and nightlife. Host was very responsive! Will definitely recommend this rental.

This was our second year to stay here. We enjoy the condo, especially having the garage. However, we feel there needs to be work done on the south deck and new furniture in the living area. There was plenty of cooking ware and utensils. We appreciate SPI Rentals for being prompt with their services.

The condo had everything we needed, was clean and communication was easy. The only thing I wish was different was that check out wasn’t so early, but fortunately I asked for a bit more extra time to check out and they happily obliged so that was wonderful. Overall a great experience

Location is convenient for most venues. Master bedroom is nice except for tiny TV. Other bed rooms and baths were nice. Residence is good for entertaining small groups. Was clean and had clean smell. Typical presence of bugs was minimal. Air conditioning and heat worked well. Decor was pleasant. Cooking meals there was fine. Two stall garage was nice. Back yard was tiny, shared and grill required coal. Infrastructure requires attention. Customer service was excellent. Price was average and would seek SPI rentals again.

Great Stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and very close to the beach. There was a grocery store at the end of the block. Everything was just like pictures posted. Shower outside was so convenient after returning from the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

The condominium was really nice & spacious.

The condominium was really nice & spacious. There are two bedrooms and 1 bath on 1st floor. On second floor is the living room, kitchen, restroom & master bedroom. Condo has everything you need (kitchen utensils, pillows, blankets, etc.) We had a great time!! Blue Marlin grocery store right down the street. Host(s) answered all of my messages promptly. We will definitely come back!!

Delightful Beach Getaway

This was an excellent rental. The property and appointments were superb. A minor glitch with TV input selection was promptly resolved by an SPI technician.

Great experience and great time.

The front door locks were quite difficult to lock and unlock. Also, the upstairs half bath toilet needs to be unclogged. Plunger did nothing work.

Communication!!

The condo its self was nice. Only 2 complaints is have is 1. The check in process. Partly my fault for not reading the entire email to confirm my check in. Other theirs for not responding to emails or phone calls. Emailed 2x and called 3. Left 2 voicemails and never got a response to any. 2. No Wi-Fi. Tried calling for that as well and no one ever answered. So we just did without. So I guess the only downfall to this visit was communication.
