Great place

We loved it! The unit was nice, clean and had a great deck. We enjoyed the complex pools and hot tubs, kind of a resort feel. The people we met were friendly and it’s in a great location!

Beautiful Condo!

We had a great time staying in this clean and updated condo. The view of the gulf is breathtaking. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting South Padre.

Nice stay!

We loved the location of the property and the views of the bay and beach! Owners were attentive and available when we needed them. Would only recommend bringing a darkening curtain as the beautiful SPI sunrise comes in early!

Great Place

Great stay

We had a great time in this condo. The location was great and the host was very responsive on minor issues we encountered. Great pool close the the beach and plenty of shopping/eating establishments within walking distance. Truly enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again when we come to SPI.

Another amazing stay!

a little slice of heaven

This was just as described. Very nice and clean. 2bd downstairs, with the kitchen and laundry upstairs. There is a balcony off the bedroom and upstairs off the living room. Excellent view. Pool was nice and clean. Short walk to the beach. Wonderful time would stay here again

Beautiful and great location

We come to South Padre a few times a year and I get random AirBb/Vrbo. This is the first property that I will book again. The owner was very communicative. This condo was spacious, updated, clean and fully equipped. The view was beautiful and way better than the pics show. Thanks again.

Spectacular View!

I could have spent more time in the condo for the view alone. The condo had everything we needed and the only regret we had was not enough time in South Padre. The owners were easy to work with and appreciated their timely response when we had questions. Definitely a great place to stay!

Wonderful stay

Owner is very responsive prior to, and during the stay. The property is very nice, modern and clean. The layout is wonderful with ocean views on one side and bay views from the bedrooms. We loved having the bedrooms separated from the living room and kitchen by floor. All appliances are new and modern, the air conditioning works well, the location is great, so all around the best stay we've had on the island we've had in the past 6 years. We will definitely rent here again.

Clean and cozy

Clean, comfortable condo. We love sunchase condos and this is one of our favorite. Everything you would need is in this condo. They even supplied things we usually need to bring along ( TP, paper napkins, detergent etc). Would definitely stay again!

Beach Front Condo

The condo had everything for a relaxing vacation. What a BEAUTIFUL Condo!!! fully equipped place. The stay was perfect. The house was clean and had a great layout.
