*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing a property modernization project. Construction may occur daily between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including weekends if needed, and guests may experience construction noise and minor inconveniences. Outdoor amenities (excluding the hot tub) are currently closed and are expected to reopen in Spring 2026. Dates and timelines are subject to change.

Location, Location, Location! This condo is right in the heart of Destin. Private beach access help make this a must-stay property. Overlooking the sugary white beaches and Emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this condominium is sure to please. This newly-updated home is like no other at Sundestin. The view of the gulf is breathtaking from the sliding glass doors and the spacious furnished balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal while admiring the Gulf view. The living area has an HD smart Roku TV and a DVD player for your entertainment. The main suite has a flatscreen HDTV and a private half bath that can open to the full bath. The condo also includes a great bunk area for kids. If you are looking for luxury and stunning views on the beach, you've found it!

Ongoing construction and amenity closures are to be expected. Construction is predicted to be completed Spring 2026.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 8.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great location

Our stay was great! Right in the middle of everything. Beach access was the best! Indoor and outdoor pool was also good. Kids loved that they had options!

Nice location

Nice location, close to shopping and restaurants. Great view of the beach. Could not run a bath due to stopper plug not working. Overall would stay again.

Great place, even with construction !!

We enjoyed our stay very much. There is construction going on, a little noise, but workers are considerate. A little disappointed not being able to go out on the balcony, but All in All. We do recommend it and would certainly go back.

Great location

This place had a great location with easy access to the beach. Sunrise and sunset views from balcony. Only issue we had was main bathroom door was missing a handle and some lights were burnt out in master and guest bathrooms. Overall we loved this place.

Perfect Vacation Home

The condo is in a great location with white sandy beach access and an excellent ocean view from the balcony. The condo was extremely clean and the kitchen is well stocked in the event you would like to cook meals. The balcony chairs were extremely comfortable.I also appreciated having a Fudpuckers cafe size restaurant on the lobby floor. The only callout is there were no hangers. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach

The beach is beautiful. We were for the most part happy with the resort. The outdoor pool was closed which was a bummer. We also did not get to get in our room when we were supposed to, 45 mins late. No linen for the sofa sleeper and not enough towels. I would definitely go back to the resort but not thru vacasa-horrible communication .

For such a short trip of one day it was everything I asked for as far the view of the ocean. The bed was very uncomfortable and needs a new mattress. I slept in the bunk beds. Was unable to use the jacuzzi because of the switch from shower to bath tub didn’t work.

Not happy at all

Location was great. This house was not as the pictures stated. We asked for extra towels 3 times. Never received any. Had to go buy towels as we were a family of five, for three days to only have 5 towels. The first morning we were there, 2 men and a woman entered a code, and OPENED our door. I immediately contacted vacasa. All I got was an apology. Which is not acceptable. This was NOT maintenance nor a cleaning crew. I will never book through this company again.

Wonderful experience

We went to Destin to relax since my husband has been having some anxiety and when we got to the hotel they were doing renovations, the noise was to much for him to bare and I called Vacasa to see if they could relocate us due to what my husband was experiencing. They were helpful and accommodating, gave us different choices to pick and didn't charge us anything extra. I am beyond thankful because we were able to relax and enjoour stay to the fullest. Thank you to everyone who took care of us.

Very little hot water first night but properly fixed the next day so that’s reasonable. Bathroom door handle not attached. Kept falling off. AC seems to struggle to keep up and is loud. May be in need of service. Overall nice stay. Thank you.

Not as expected.

When we first arrived, the girl couldn’t find our reservation. Very unfriendly. We asked for towels 3 times. Never received towels. There was 5 towels for a family of 5 for 3 days stay. Ended up buying towels for ourselves. The first morning we were there, 2 men and a woman used a code, opened our door at 6:15 am. Very unnerving and scary. Was NOT cleaning nor maintenance. I notified property management 3 times. Nothing was ever done to correct this, only an apology, and an apology for such is not enough after the money we spent to book with this condo. Will never book here or through Vacasa again.

A good family vacation

We went in July, and for the most part, we had a nice time. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with equipment, if you’d like to cook while there. Our biggest issue was the WiFi. Since the condo was booked solid, we had a hard time getting and staying on it. It was just an annoyance more than anything, as we weren’t really on our devices much. And since the resort was full, sometimes it was a wait for an elevator, and when you did get one, it was full. The staff was really nice and the beach was beautiful. Very easy access to the pool and beach. All in all, a nice place to stay for a family vacation.
