**Perfectly located only 1 mile from the Hangout, Hwy. 59 and Walmart.**
I am excited to share our home away from home with you. I manage the condo; however we have housekeeping and maintenance close by in case there's a need. Our rates are lower than rental agencies! New leather sofa and loveseat July 2024.

Lower level **Unit 205** - on 5th level (3 levels of parking below)

Why did we choose to purchase a unit in this complex? Crystal Shores West is a luxury condominium built in 2006 located on the beautiful beach of gulf shores. This unit is on the 2nd floor (actual floor is 5th after parking) due to the parking below. You'll have breath taking views of the gulf and all its beauty. The spacious private balcony (accessible from master bedroom or living room) lets one truly enjoy the ultimate beauty of gulf shores. It is located near shopping, the hangout and restaurants in the heart of gulf shores. The units are larger/wider/newer and more up scale than the 'normal rental units.'

This elegantly decorated condo features large living room, dining area (seating for 8 with bar stools) fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, two full sized bathrooms, fully furnished master bedroom with king size bed and fully furnished guest bedroom with queen size bed and queen sleeper sofa, high speed wireless internet and full size washer and dryer. Plus you have tile in all rooms.

This building has all the amenities. Located on the first level you will find a gorgeously designed indoor-outdoor pool (zero entry to 4ft.) with fountain and hot-tub which is heated year around, fully equipped exercise room, activity center with pool tables, fuze ball, television etc., his and her bathrooms, sauna as well as our management office.

Inviting home / Beautiful ocean and beach view

First impression was exceptional in all aspects, especially cleanliness and decorative mood of the home. We were first time Gulf Shores visitors attending Sand in my Boots. Owner shared helpful intel on local restaurants, activities, etc that helped us. All appliances, sinks, drains, toilets, fans, lights operated perfectly. Definitely will stay here again!

Outstanding rental!

Everything was perfect. This property was spotlessly clean, and in excellent condition. The owner had frequent contact with us, from before we arrived, to after we checked in, to make sure all had gone well. We were right on the beach, with beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable and the property was quiet. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The property is within walking distance of many restaurants. We were very pleased.

Very clean, quiet property conveniently located on the beach. Included everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful gulf and beach views from the balcony. Appreciated the recommendations for area activities and restaurants which we took advantage of. Loved the convenience for our beach time and walks!!

We had a very nice relaxing stay . Condo as pictured. Karen was great to work with. Had a issue with icemaker and she was right on it to get it fixed. Balcony was large and had enough room for all 4 of us.

Great condo,pool and beach area

Stayed one week at condo. Super clean and just about everything you need. Had an issue with icemaker and Karen took care.. she even offered to bring bags of ice until we got fixed!! Great balcony to watch the beach. I am planning on staying again.

Beautiful Views

Our stay was lovely. The unit was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the welcome book and visited a few of the suggested restaurants and were not disappointed. Karen was in contact with us throughout our booking and stay, which was appreciated. We definitely plan to visit again!

Summer beach vacation

The condo location was great. Easy drive to restaurants and shopping. The condo was very clean and directly on the beach. Beach chair and umbrella rental was available all week which was very convenient. Karen was very helpful and left a detailed notebook with check out procedures and recommended restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Very relaxing

We ( my family of 4) had a great time in Gulf Shores. The unit at Crystal Shores West was just as we expected. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. The pool at this condo is small but the beach was expansive!! We really enjoyed our patio looking right out to the gulf. plenty of room to all be out there and play games or read! Karen gave us lots of super tips in her welcome information for thing to do and places to eat! Would book again!

Property was as exactly as described had a fab tip great location had one fault AC played up but Karen had it sorted within 30mins could not have asked for any better would definitely stay here again if we sre in the area only downside to property was being a brit we would have liked a kettle to make our tea!!!!
