Beautiful, brand new home located just a 2 minute walk (383 steps to be exact) to the beach. Four beautiful bedrooms with high end furnishings, 65 inch TVs, including two masters. 3.5 baths with Carrera marble throughout and rain shower heads. Gorgeous chef's kitchen with Bosch and Viking appliances. Gas range, dishwasher and leather granite bar. Large dining area with seating for 10 plus 3 bar stools. Separate wet bar and wine/beverage fridge, an outdoor oasis with seating for 10, gas grill, and outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after a fun day at the beach or bike riding. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys and a beach wagon for your use. We thought this would make your stay easier and more enjoyable. We also include starter toilet paper, paper towels, dish/dishwasher/laundry soaps, and hotel sized toiletries. Publix is conveniently right around the corner in Watercolor. Second story has 3 bedrooms, a queen room, a king room and a bunk room with full over full bunk and two adorable single "ship" bunks. Third floor master with private balcony and king bed. Located in a quiet, gated community. Parking for 3 vehicles only. Amazing place for a family getaway, or to share a romantic adults only retreat. Parks, nature walks, dining, bike and golf cart rentals, fishing, kayaking, SUP rentals, shopping just steps away. Come relax and enjoy the salty breezes in a high end home by the sea. There is currently a new set of stairs being built at the closest beach access. Construction is due to be finished May 1, 2025. I will update.

The house was absolutely perfect. The location was steps from the beach. The house was equipped with everything you would need for a fantastic week. The owner is one of the best I have seen with communication and making sure the guests are taken care of. I would highly recommend this rental. I will be renting this house in the future again.

Everything was wonderful for our group (including 5 kids - ages 1 to 8). Check in/out was a breeze. The house was well stocked and clean. Had everything we needed for beach and was a quick walk away! We had an issue with an outside outlet (we have electric vehicle) and host had an electrician out there the following business day. Definitely recommend.

House was clean and already had many items stocked. Plenty of cups, plates, towels, etc. They also had a cooler, beach chairs and some beach toys. Loved that it was so close to the beach. The teens survived in the pizza next door and snow cones and ice cream. Highly recommend. Tiffany was great to work with.

Great house at an awesome location!

Great place! The house had absolutely everything we needed. House was really well suppled and had the very nicest furnishings and decorated super nice. The best part of the house was the location. It backed up o the street that lead directly to the public beach access. It was a 3 minute walk. It was also with walking distance to the state park that is loaded with beautiful hiking trails that my youngest son ands i enjoyed several mornings.

Loved our Stay at Salt & Light!

This place was perfect for our family vacation! Salt & Light totally exceeded our expectations — it was absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, was super clean, and felt really welcoming from the moment we walked in. It comfortably slept all 10 of us, which can be hard to find, and we never felt cramped at all.The location is amazing — just a short walk to the beach, and really close to great food and cute shops. The owner was awesome — super quick to respond and gave us tons of great tips on fun things to do in the area.We had such a great time and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun beach vacation

Weekend Getaway with The Boys

We had 11 guys and this house felt plenty big for all of us. The location is perfect. It’s super close to the beach, making beach days easy and fun! We had a blast here and would definitely come back!

Great Place to Stay

One of the best places we have stayed on 30a. The house was amazing and super close to the beach. Maybe a 2 minute walk. The house was perfect for our group of 10. Fully stocked kitchen, amazing living area to gather in, and just a great overall layout. This place has everything you need. One of the best things about this house is they have a guest trunk with tons of beach supplies.(Chairs, umbrellas, beach buggy to pull all your stuff with, and plenty of beach toys). Super close to restaurants and shopping. Owner was great. Couldn’t ask for better communication. I highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic House

Everything was above expectations. Spacious house, perfect location and great host. 4 adults and 7 teens/kids stayed comfortably between the 4 bedrooms. Large kitchen with plenty of room for us all to prepare meals and eat together. The beach was about a 2 min walk straight out the back door. We rented bikes and our teens enjoyed the short ride down to Seaside. The host was just a text message away. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is stunning!!

We had the most wonderful stay! The house was immaculate and beautiful. So many thoughtful details made the house so comfortable. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was so well stocked we had everything we needed.Just steps from the water, it was so easy to enjoy our days at the beach. The neighborhood was private and very well maintained and the communication with the owner was fantastic. Thank you for a great vacation!

Perfect Spring Break!

This is a lovely, big house. Perfect for our spring break trip with our 3 teens who each brought a friend. The house has tall ceilings on all 3 floors, roomy bedrooms, and a great 1st floor space with a living room, kitchen, and huge dining table. All beautiful and new. The house is less than a block from the beach. You can exit the back door and be at the public entrance to the beach in less than 5 minutes. We walked back and forth from the beach for lunch and breaks because it was so close. Tiffiny was great to work with and promptly responded to all texts if we had any questions. When I told her wagon wasn't in outdoor box with the beach chairs, she even had Amazon deliver one the following day. The listing did mention a hot tub, which the property does not have, but the weather was warm and we didn't miss it. Kids all had a blast biking down to Seaside and exploring the local parks.

Made some wonderful memories here!

Our family group had a wonderful time here! The location of the house was perfect for the things we wanted to do in the 30A area. An easy walk to the beach access point. Having beach toys, umbrellas and even towels already there made it so convenient for us. The house is beautiful and comes well-stocked with kitchen equipment for cooking in. Super easy communication with the owner both before and during our stay. Great memories!

The Perfect Spot on 30A

We love this location and so happy we found this property. Tiffiny was incredibly responsive at the time of booking, months before arrival, throughout our stay, and at departure. Tiffiny went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We typically come a little later in the year to 30a when it isn’t as crowded. However, Tiffiny was fantastic at helping us navigate the area during one of the busy months and provided several suggestions to help us make the best memories on our trip. There was some unexpected flash flooding the day before our arrival, which affected our beach access the first day. While the county did repair the issue quickly, Tiffiny made us aware and took the time to provide multiple solutions on how to access the beach with ease. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and very well equipped with a beach gear, kitchen appliances, and so much more. The level of detail to make you feel at home with such a nice surprise. We had 6 adults and 1 child (age 5). This property could not have been more perfect for us. Thank you!!! We will be back.

Great stay at Salt and Light!

We had an amazing stay with our family, 3 couples and 5 children ages 2-7. The home was even more beautiful than the pictures. We loved the open concept and huge kitchen island for gathering and making meals with the kids. Tiffiny was an excellent host and super responsive via text to any questions we had. The home was equipped with everything we needed, including beach gear. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Stay

Property and amenities were fantastic. House was extremely clean. Easy walk to the beach everyday. We biked in the mornings to different nearby towns. Tiffiny was extremely helpful. Loved her recommendation for Shell Island. Lots of memories made. We hope to be back!

Wonderful Family Vacation!

This was a beautiful property with a short walk to the beach! We had 6 adults and 2 kids age 4 and 15 months. The layout was perfect for us giving everyone lots of space. The owner was very responsive making sure we had everything we needed and also made some great recommendations for activities. Would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Beautiful home that is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. Host was very informative and made recommendations for the area and was most helpful. Highly recommend the home and location us a short walk to the beach and several restaurants.

Amazing!!

Beautiful Home, Amazing Location

This home has by far been our favorite place to stay in the Seaside area! The beautiful pictures don’t do it justice! The home is cozy, stocked with everything you need, is but most importantly it is clean! The location is amazing! Walking to the beach with several kids and all of our gear was so convenient! A few highlights of the home — kitchen: is stocked with all of the essentials and more (appliances, tableware, cutlery, etc) bedrooms: extra hangers, blankets, luggage rack and even a fan! beach accessories: stocked with chairs, umbrellas, wagon, extra towels body boards and toys to name a few backyard: outdoor shower, grill, towel ladder/rack, extra hose location: besides being able to walk to the beach, we loved the retail shops, ice cream/donut shops, nail salon, and restaurants that were all a short walk away! booking/checking in and out process: Tiffiny was so friendly and helpful with booking the property, giving us information regarding our stay, the beach, etc., checking in on us before and during our stay and answering any questions we had! We felt right at home and will definitely stay here again in the future!

Home away from home

From the moment we booked our trip Tiffany was great with communicating and was super helpful/responsive to any questions we had. Once we arrived we were blown away with the beauty and cleanliness of the house. Many times we've stayed in places where you know your staying in a home/condo that is set up for "renters". This house was set up exactly as if the owners were coming for the week. The property has been meticulously maintained and was stocked with most items we needed for the week. We had 2 families staying in the house and there was plenty of room for all of us. There is access to everything you need for the beach...a wagon, chairs, umbrellas, ect. There are numerous restaurants and an ice cream parlor right out the back door and a few steps away. The property description says the beach is 300 or so steps out the backdoor and that is the truth. The only drawback was that the beach was really crowded but it didn't stop us from having a great time (it has a public access)! On our past vacations out to this area, we have always done activities near Destin, but the location of this property allowed us to explore some of the things Panama City Beach has to offer. It was a great week--beautiful sunshine, clear water, fun activities and comfortable accommodations. We truly didn't want to leave. Highly recommend!
