This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony entrances in both the primary suite and living room which lead to a large patio with spectacular Gulf views. Located on the 18th floor, this condo has one of the best sunset views as it overlooks all of the other condos around, giving you a stunning view of the coastline! You are also conveniently located directly across from restaurants and shops.

Your primary suite is complete with floor to ceiling windows of the Gulf, comfortable king bed, a TV and a primary bathroom that is complete with double vanities, separate jetted tub, and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a large queen bedroom suite, TV, large closet space. Features include granite countertops, full-size washer, and dryer off of the kitchen area, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals.

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October. You can even rent the social room with stunning floor to ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event!

This rental is located on floor 18.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful place with comfortable beds and furniture!

This place was above par. The beds were so comfortable, everything was clean and fresh, and it made coming back from the beach enjoyable and relaxing. The view was impeccable! You can tell the owners take pride in sharing their piece of paradise with you!

Best condo

We loved staying here. Condo was beautiful and everything we needed. Master bath is so beautiful. We loved the security at the condo and getting to the pool and beach was easy access. Very clean and amazing views! We will definitely be back next year.

Great stay

Beautiful place, great location, good fishing and waves!! Neither coffee maker works so that was a little rough. Coukd have used another blanket or 2 for cozying up with the kiddos. Comfy beds!!

Great Condo on the 18th floor!

This condo has a beautiful view and great furniture/rooms! Works great for a family of 6! The Palacio is an awesome place to stay. However, do not go through VRBO - go straight to Vacasa to book. I have never had any problems with them - good customer service.

We had a wonderful time! Perfect location. My kids loved walking across the street to grab ice cream! The pool was big and not super busy. The walk way to the beach made it super easy to get to. Elevators were fast!! Only downside was parking was limited and there were not enough blankets in the condo.

Fantastic stay with minor annoyances

The property was beautiful with amazing views of Perdido Key. It was annoying that Vacasa had multiple key codes listed incorrectly for our check-in.

Fantastic, Upgraded, Excellent location in Perdido Key

The decor of this unit is different than pictured, but it has been completely upgraded with 2 King beds. It is a BEAUTIFUL unit and it was fantastic for 4 adults. It is extremely spacious, every detail is new/upgraded, and it has an aerial view of Perdido Key! Easy parking, short walk to the beach, fantastic pool, and short drive to some of the best restaurants in Pensacola/OBA area. Short drive to grocery stores such as Publix and Winn Dixie. We hope to book again or even annually!

Nice view!

Overall our stay at Palacio 1802 was nice! The view from the 18th floor was great! We loved sitting on the balcony to eat all of our meals. The zero gravity chairs made for a nice place to relax! Not only was the view from the balcony fantastic but the view from the master bedroom was truly like no other! The listing was accurate, the condo was nicely decorated. The condo was operated by Vacasa so it could use a few more personal touches. A few things that we noticed that detracted from our stay - No Keurig coffee maker - Cable wasn't working(smart tv in the living room so mostly only an issue in the bedroom) - Most of the beach was taken by beach service chairs and umbrella (condo comes with chairs but we were put on the 3rd and 4th rows making seeing the water or getting into the Gulf somewhat of a chore) - Dryer was broken ( which we didn't find out about until we were called and told a maintenance worker would be coming in while we weren't there) - Microwave was also broken (a spare was already in the condo, so Vacasa already knew I guess) - Mattress was okay but probably time for an upgrade. 4 starts for cleanliness since it felt clean but noticed what looked like pet hair on the extra blankets in the closet 3 stars for location b/c the main reason for staying here was the beach but as stated earlier was extremely crowded by the chair rental service. We would probably stay here again but having the right expectations / knowledge going in is best.

Wonderful views

Amazing views, condo is mostly great. Minus the broken dryer, toilet in master and mildew on ceiling in master bath. Vacasa doesn’t answer the phone or return emails for 2 days. Then after having car trouble were treated so rudely by the front desk associate. She refused to let us stay in the condo for an hour extra, after mentioning it was a low key day. Then she sent a maintenance man to check on us and he tells us to take our time. My phone rings a few minutes later and she demands we leave the room immediately. Stranded w our belongings in the heat…..

Excellent condo!

Beautiful views from the balcony and very nice decor. We had (almost) everything we needed to cook a few nice dinners in-house, and the staff was always super friendly and helpful. The only real con was the bed in the 2nd bedroom - mattress is pretty broken down and needs to be replaced. Overall, we would absolutely stay again!

The condo was nice and the view was fabulous! However, the TV package with COX was terrible! There were no network channels available at all.......no CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX NEWS, NO SPORTS CHANNELS, WEATHER, HGTV , etc. It did offer free NETFLIX AND PRIME, so that was a plus. This TV package would be the big reason that I would not stay at this condo again. The garden tub was nice but needs a bigger faucet with more water pressure.

We loved it

We loved it. Very relaxing and quiet. It did not have a blow dryer like listed so we had to go buy one and the living room furniture will need to be replaced soon but it was very nice and quiet. Just what our family needed. We will be back
