Great location for checking out the recreational dune beach! Comfortable home with comfortable beds. Good water pressure for showers. Excellent communication with the property manager and helped out with any issues we had during our stay.

Very clean. Very close to Oceano Dunes SVRA, however, alley access to garage and parking is narrow especially for a truck with a long trailer.

The location was great having quick access to Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, San Luis Obispo, and other Central Coast areas. Check-in and checkout was very easy. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our family’s visit including hosting Thanksgiving.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Dennis. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. The bathroom outlets are connected to a standard safety GFCI breaker that simply needed to be flipped at the main reset switch, and we have updated our in-home signage to make this even clearer for future guests. Additionally, we have since had our kitchen stove thoroughly inspected and serviced to ensure the ignition and temperature controls are regulating perfectly and working exactly as they should. We pride ourselves on being highly responsive and provide 24/7 guest support to resolve any comfort issues immediately, and we wish we had been given the chance to assist you with these quick fixes during your visit.

The location is easy to access and a good option for a large group when visiting the surrounding areas - Pismo, SLO, etc. Comfortable space for a party of 7.

It was a good location. However, there was a smell (smoky) to the property on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There were air purifiers but it didn't help much. Also, there were visible cobwebs in the main floor and there weren't many utensils in the kitchen (we had to hand wash). We won't stay here again.

Great location, clean and comfortable. I was worried that there would be a smell, but it was minor and didn't bother us. Manager was responsive. Only hiccup was that the washer damaged some of our clothes (residual bleach from a previous guest or housekeeper?). I wpuld stay here again.

Comfortable

The house was great for the size of our group and it had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, it was nice to have a washer and dryer, linens were good, living room was cozy, and the kitchen had good supplies, including complimentary coffee pods. The older folks with us did not love the stairs. You have to go up one flight of stairs just to enter the living areas of the house, and another to get to the adult bedrooms. Not something I hold against the owners as stairs were described in the listing - just keep it in mind if anyone in your group has mobility issues. The main thing that we did not like about the home was the smell. You can tell that there used to be smokers living in the house. There were air purifiers throughout the house so they are definitely trying to fix this, but I think smoke smell is really hard to get out of a house. If you opened a closet that typically stayed closed, you could really smell it. We didn't put our clothes in the closets for this reason. I almost would give this rental 3 stars rather than 4, but since everything else was good, a 3 seems a bit too low.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was lovely and exceptionally clean—everything was spotless, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain the property. It was so refreshing to arrive and feel completely comfortable right away. The outdoor space was one of our favorite parts. The beautiful flowers, greenery, and fresh produce growing around the property made it feel unique and welcoming. Our babies absolutely loved exploring the grounds and taking in all the sights. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Thank you for being such a great host!
