見事な半島散歩の始まりなど、数多くのウォーキングトラックに近接しています。 カイコウラゴルフコース - 車で5分
安全な水泳用のビーチやスキューバダイビングのビーチへ向かいます。 自転車に乗るのに最適な場所です。 サウスベイドメインへは徒歩圏内。 子供の遊び場は道路の同じ側に1軒離れています。
レストラン/パブへは車で5分、カイコウラの町へは20分。 またはタクシーサービスを利用してください。
ボートランプ/ Whale Watch Marinaまでは徒歩圏内。
ドルフィンエンカウンターボートとホエールウォッチボートでゆっくりと海へ出かけましょう。
運が良ければ、ドルフィンズがデッキから湾に飛び出してくることがあります。

The location of the property had everything we wanted, the beautiful view of the bay with the stunning snowy mountains rising up and so close you could almost reach out and touch them.The beach was just across the road, ideal for a daily fossic among the wide varieties of seaweed and pebbles. There were lovely rock pools at low tide with some interesting sea life for observation. We would definitely return to K'orca Cottage.

Gail surprised us with a tasty cheese board on arrival, very welcome after the drive from Christchurch. Lovely place to stay, very comfortable. My husband appreciated the recliner, he usually has to sleep part of the night in one at home. We only made breakfast and snacks, no problems, and had a sunny day to take care of a load of laundry. Great place to be laid back and enjoy the gorgeous views.

Perfect Getway

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature. The cottage had everything we needed and communication with the owner was fantastic. Thank you for allowing us to stay. It was wonderful.

Awesome stay

Everything you could ever want is here :) It was all so neat and tidy. It is a lovely, quiet location. To open up the curtains in the morning to the ocean and the Southern Alps is just breathtaking, not to mention seeing dolphins in the bay as well. It was a shame to have to go home and we would definitely want to stay here should we ever be down that way again. An absolutely amazing place to stay :)

Best spot in Kaikoura

What a beautiful spot, we loved watching the whales and dolphins from the deck and even from the couch! House was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. We loved being on the quiet side of Kaikoura with the peninsula walk a few minutes away. Gail was very accomodating and only a phone call away. Fantastic 10/10

A million dollar view.

This property has everything. The views are fantastic. There are books to read, furniture is comfortable. Beds are comfortable. So clean. You can sit, rest and day dream while looking at those gorgeous views, go for a stroll down main street or do one or more of the activities available to you. The seafood in this area is excellent. I would come back here in a heartbeat. The owner of the house was a phone call away and was very helpful. I can't say enough about this place. Thank you Gail.

Our stay was great, this little piece of paradise was perfect for our three night stay ... good location for fishing, walks and close to town for shopping and meals ,Would highly recommend.

Perfect wee spot

This is a really lovely wee bach in prime positioning in South Bay. The hosts were very attentive leading up to and the day we arrived to ensure we had all the information we needed. Not often you find a place that you can bring the dog along too so were very grateful to have a well fenced section and have the freedom to leave the dog there if we needed to. We would very happily stay again, thanks :)

Wonderful views

Loved staying at K Orca cottage. Very relaxing with wonderful views. Watched dolphins playing from the lounge windows and did a lot of walking. Plenty to do in the area or just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of South Bay.

Beautiful quiet location.

We were super happy with the property and the location. Amazing views of the bay and mountains. The Bach has everything you need for a comfy stay. It’s a lovely walk through the reserve to get into town, or a quick drive has you there in a few minutes. Really couldn’t fault our stay. Kaikoura is a beautiful town and everyone there was super friendly.

Beautiful vistas.

We chose very well when selecting this bach. The views from the porches and the living room are gorgeous - it was worth coming to spend time relaxing there. And very comfortable armchairs and settee to do our gazing from. Thank you.

The views from the deck and lounge are to die for. A tidy and cozy bach style house. A nice quiet place to enjoy Kaikoura from, with the water almost at your doorstep. Would stay again.

We are a family of 4, that have enjoyed Kaikoura all our lives with parents also now retired in Kaikoura.
We purchased this lovely cottage in Feb 2018 and are adding extras every time we are using the cottage ourselves. So it's only going to get better and better.
The location is wonderful and the views are just outstanding. We hope you all enjoy this special place Kaikoura is.

The views, home comforts, great covered deck for relaxing and just soaking it all up.
The bay is also brilliant for kayaking. I have even kayaked amongst a pod of dolphins right in front of the cottage.
