The Space:

Welcome to our charming five-bedroom home, perfect for a peaceful mountain getaway 10 minutes from Colorado Springs! This cozy retreat in the mountains has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 8 guests with comfort and convenience in mind.



The master bedroom is a serene haven, featuring a comfy king bed, with drawers underneath to store your belongings, and bedside lamps to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The second bedroom, ideal for kids or additional guests, includes a twin bunk bed set, making it both fun and practical. In the third bedroom, you'll find another comfy queen bed, complete with a closet, drawers under the bed, and bedside lamps, providing a restful space to unwind. The fourth bedroom comes with a dresser for storage, tower floor fan, and a cozy queen bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The fifth bedroom is equally welcoming, equipped with a full-sized bunk bed set, perfect for guests of all ages.



Our fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, stocked with cookware essentials to prepare meals with ease. Guest Access:

Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.



We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.





AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
